Totally in love with my king hickory sofas couches that I ordered from Beautiful rooms!! They are the best prices and they offer customer services that goes above and beyond!! I’ve ordered from them twice now, never been to their store but their website is great and they definitely know what they’re doing. I highly recommend them!! Thank you beautiful rooms for helping me make my living room look amazing!!

I am so excited about the new furniture that I recently purchased from Beautiful Rooms. Gary and Jennifer were great to work with, very knowledgeable and fairly priced for high quality furniture. My new home looks like a showplace and I can’t thank Gary and Jennifer enough for helping to make my dreams into a reality!

I recently purchased a Sherrill sectional through Beautiful Rooms. This is not my first purchase with BR; I bought 2 Sherrill lounge chairs and ottomans from Gary 20 years ago. I have never visited his store and have always ordered directly over the phone. Gary's customer service has been fabulous and his pricing is excellent. Delivery was perfect both times and there has been no issues whatsoever. Purchasing a replacement sectional during the pandemic was very stressful but Gary patiently and expertly walked me through every option for the over all design and I couldn't be happier with the result. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

We ordered a sofa from NC.

Jennifer’s customer service was excellent. She worked with us to select a color and sent us samples overnight. Her recommendation was just dead on. We love the fabric selection and it matches our other furniture perfectly.

Delivery service they have selected was very good - delivery people knew what they were doing. Sofa was wrapped well.

Above all no damage.

Last point - Price - searched around a lot - could not come close to Jennifer’ price.

We ordered our bedroom set through Beautiful Rooms. The bedroom set is exactly what we wanted for our new home. Gary helped us select the perfect set. It’s gorgeous! The delivery crew were also great! Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gary patiently helped me narrow the choices among a few models and price points. Was so pleased with the prices that I ordered a set of outdoor furniture before delivery of the first purchase. Best prices and excellent service. Who could ask for more?

They are Beautiful

I ordered a braddington young sectional from Gary. He was super nice and helpful. Said it would be 10 weeks. Paid in full. At 10 weeks they said 4 more weeks. Then 4 more weeks. Then 3 weeks. I then call Braddington young customer service who was very helpful and told me my sofa was complete and ready for pickup. All I heard from Gary was be patient, no explanation just be patient. The only time he communicated with me was when I reached out. I still don’t have my sofa and it has been nearly 6 months. I hope it was worth the wait. Sofa finally arrived and it is absolutely beautiful. The whole experience would have been better had I been updated without me having to reach out. I was finally told by BY that they had a difficult time finding my leather. Had I known this that would have helped. Super happy with my sofa!

Loved our purchases: sofa, ottoman, and leather recliner. Ordered them in July. Excellent service, but beginning now - at the end of September - to wonder why we paid top dollar, will pay for delivery, but are still waiting for them to show up. Hopefully, WHEN THEY ARE FINALLY DELIVERED, we will forget our exasperation and will change our rating to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dealing with this company and the owner Gary has been the biggest nightmare I have ever encountered with any business period. He basically lied to us on delivery time. Items have taken several months, some pieces were damaged, items were delivered covered with dust, his delivery people damaged our new hardwood floors where they had to be re-sanded and we are still waiting on a replacement curio that had scratches in the glass and wood and appeared to be a used piece of furniture that he may have had in inventory for some time. Told us he was giving us 60% off list but never would show us the list price. I feel sorry for the people who get sucked in by this guy on the internet for there is no way of knowing who you are dealing with and if you look at his web page it's obvious he has filtered the results. Beware before you part with your cash with this guy.

Rude service; seemed to bother the workers with questions. Would not recommend for any furniture purchases.
