Stop & Shop

We'd been looking everywhere for a coconut custard pie my wife wanted for New Year's, and this was the only place to have it! We called every bakery in the area, and all the other grocery store bakeries before thinking of this one.

The store was clean, the holiday lines not unreasonably long, and the produce seemed fresh. We liked what we saw of the bakery. Prices overall weren't the cheapest in the area but were still in an acceptable range.

Closer to my home, competitive price, and great produce. It's in a great location along with other business that I usually visit. The deli department is my first stop, great deals on ham.

Wanted to let you know that I had the privilege of having Joshua-Mark as my cashier. I've given keynotes to various retailers internationally on how to provide outstanding guest experience, and this gentleman is among the very best I've seen. Way to go Joshua-Mark!

I want to add that the entire store seems very happy and helpful. I had the chance to speak with manager, Michael, and mentioned to him you can always spot a great manager by how his staff presents themselves. He is doing an extraordinary job at this location.

Walking down the aisle and seeing the perfectly stacked cans of dog food made me know I was in a real, first quality supermarket. Stop and Shop has variety and service beyond compare. The store is clean and comfortable. I got what I needed and used a cashier to check out. Yes, a real human being who was pleasant and efficient.

A good place to shop. Produce is almost always excellent quality.

Nice store. Better stocked than most of them. Plenty of parking. Inside the store was clean and well organized. Interaction with staff was pleasant. My favorite Stop and Shop.

This grocery store is usually clean. The only issue I had was using the restrooms. It was filthy! Definitely not cleaned at all. But otherwise, they do a real good job with stocking their product and shelves. I use their pharmacy as well, and the pharmacist is usually nice. You can tell at times shes "irritated " but is always tries to stay nice to customers.
I recommend this store.

Everyday prices (not on big sale) are lower than Big Y typically. Their store made strawberry shortcake w/ real whipped cream is amazing, 10/10 better than most bakeries. Their selection is usually good, store is clean. They can use more staff sometimes.

Friendly staff and very organized. You can see the pride of keeping the store in order. Product items were lined up and squared to the front. Great attention to detail and kudos to the employees involved.

I JUST LOVE STOP&SHOP ON BOSTON RD THE MEAT IS ALWAYS FRESH THE CASHERS ARE VERY NICE AND IT'S ALWAYS CLEAN I ALWAYS SAY IF I WERE TO WORK THERE PART-TIME VERY CLEAN STORE

Elvis was my cashier today and he was smart, polite and funny. He absolutely made my shopping trip better. Give him a bonus, raise, or something cause I've never done grocery store comments before him!

This store is my go to for groceries and more. The shelves are always stocked, so it's extremely rare if they're out of something you're looking for. They usually have markdowns in the health and beauty section, so I can try beauty items that are somewhat out of my budget. The staff is friendly. I totally reccomend this store.

In my opinion the Stop and Shop on Boston Rd is the best in the Springfield area. It is not the closest to my house......but I do drive the extra miles because of the staff there. Everyone that I have encountered at that location is friendly and always visible!! Customer service is beyond good!!! For me that's important!! My experience...the shelves are always well stocked! Sale items are in stock!! People! Drive the extra miles! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Stop and shop is my go to place. I can find all that i need for my hubby and the kids. I always get a sale and they have a great choice of vegan/vegetarian items. If you can't find what you are seeking talk with the manager there, he is friendly and will place orders to restock asap. We went for non dairy bryers ice cream and they ordered more and by the end of the week or less it was available

Great customer service . Employees very helpful . Was doing an insta cart order and employee at the register was great helped me proceed to checking out order.Thank you so much .Thumbs up to all the Employees that work there.

For a Sat, I was pleasantly surprised. Retrieved what I needed, went right up to self ck out. No one waiting. Everything went smoothly. In & out in the middle of Sat afternoon. Thank goodness I made the right choice & didn't go to what I call the Zoo..Walmart. regret going to that place everytime! & the rest of afternoon was spent @ my beautiful 1yr old grandaughters b day party!! Great day all the way around!

The cashier was very accommodating to me and had one of the stock personnel to help me with my heavy groceries to the car..

I'm glad they came to an agreement on their contract, also the store's getting back together and the cashiers are trying to be friendly and the store should be back to order glad to have you guys back job well done

Very clean. Lots to choose from. Like that they offer somewhat over ripe fruit at discount on a separate cart. Also don't charge for paper bags
