Excellent cleaning and thorough dental exam. Dr. Ahmed was friendly, kind, and gentle. I enjoyed meeting him. I have been a patient of the Freeds for over 30 years. I will be happy to continue at Newmarket with Dr. Ahmed.

Dr Barbara is retiring and it’s a sad time for her patients. She is the most caring, soothing, and gentle dentist and person. Dentistry can be a scary experience for some but you know that Dr Barbara will give you the best advice using her career ful of experience and state of the art equipment. I will miss her but wish her a happy and long retirement. Thank you for all you’ve done and meant to me.

Update: had 2 fillings done yesterday with Dr Ahmed. He was quick, did great work and explained everything as he was doing it. Great experience.

Newmarket booked me early of my cleaning date, when I had concerns that I might have a cavity. When it turned out I didn't have one, Dr. Gordon right then & there offered to do my cleaning & as usual - for the past 10 years - I left the office feeling truly spoiled by the warm hospitality, utmost professionalism & positive atmosphere of all the staff I encountered there. I actually look forward to going to the dentist, because the people there are so nice! Thank you Newmarket Dentistry!

Sept. 2023. Wonderful dentistry service. Dr. Barbara Freed is meticulous yet gentle. Justine a most excellent crafts woman in checking and cleaning teeth. The front office is a joy. We are completely satisfied with our visit yesterday. Everything was excellent.

I am so used to coming on over to have my teeth cleaned at Newmarket Dentistry, for years now. I will miss seeing the older staff and welcoming the new. It won't be the same, as we all adjust. May Dr. Freed and his wife move on to a new kind of freedom now so well deserved. (See you around Town)!

I had a great experience at Newmarket Dentistry! This past weekend a veneer fell off of my lower front tooth. Since I spend all my time on Zoom, this was especially problematic. I called on Monday afternoon and spoke with Naomi who immediately understood the difficulty of my situation. She went out of her way to get me in the next day. I saw Gordon Freed who sandblasted my tooth, cleaned up the veneer, and re-cemented it perfectly. He was warm, friendly, welcoming, and professional. I left with my smile restored and my professional appearance intact -- and very grateful for the wonderful treatment I received!

I had a crown fall off and had not found a dentist yet. I called Newmarket and they were able to get me in fairly quickly. Dr. Gordon Freed was great. Good bedside manner, efficiently fixed my crown, pointed out another issue but didn't pressure me at all. He seems to really care about his patients and I had a very positive experience.

A visit to Newmarket Dentistry does not feel like a trip to a dentist but time shared with friendly, smart people who happen to clean your teeth, take X-rays and, perhaps, even do a filling.

I really appreciate the care that I get from Gorden Freed, his assisting staff and the folks on the scheduling/phones.

I am very glad I went to Dr. Freed for a second opinion on my teeth. I was told by a different dentist that I had 7 cavities and I needed to be put out for the procedure. Although I haven’t been to a dentist in about 6 years, that didn’t seem right and I was very upset. I told my boyfriend about it and he highly recommended his dentist, Dr. Freed. His family goes to him too, so I know I can trust him. When I met with Dr. Freed, he took the time to carefully check each tooth to look for cavities. He said I had none, I was very relieved. He has a great bedside manner and is funny. That helped me with my anxiety of being there as well. I will continue with his practice from now on recommended him to my mom as well.

I just went here for the first time yesterday as a new patient and had a wonderful experience! I've been dealing with a certain dentistry chain for awhile and finally decided to find a new office after having several poor experiences. I could not be happier that this is where I chose to go; all the five star reviews aren't lying! My dental assistant was so kind and accommodating through the process of taking x-rays, which is often uncomfortable for me as someone with a small/overcrowded mouth. Dr. Gordon Freed was also lovely and listened to each of my concerns, giving me thoughtful advice and referrals to examine and target pain in one of my teeth - a warm change of pace from where I've been going. Even though it was only my first visit, I left feeling truly taken care of and like I had a game plan for future care. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but everyone in the office made the experience as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!

Very happy with Justine an Dr. Gordon. Just what I have come to expect.

I was discussing with my boss his experience with his dentist and the was reminded of the striking differences in his care and for that matter in Dentistry. Nearly two decades with Newmarket and being a patient of fondly known as Dr Barbara, has nearly made me forget the hassle and therapeutic hustle that dentistry had been for me prior. Dr Barbara, your husband, fellow dentist and wonderful staff --Thank you for your honesty, excellent skill sets and dedication to your patients.

Chelsea was terrific as usual and did a stellar job cleaning my teeth. Very professional and great personality.
I will be looking for dental care elsewhere for other procedures however as I am disappointed in the outcomes from previous dental work from the Doctors. Not pleased.

I am grateful for Dr. Gordon's quick availability if I have an emergency. He's a pleasant guy and I enjoy our conversations.
