AAA Springfield

Went for a passport photo with my daughter. Everyone was very friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Was in and out in 5 minutes with two pictures taken and then printed.

Very good place to go for new license and registration. AAA is nice. I've been member for many years and will continue to be. People are friendly and helpful.

Triple AAA has convenient locations. There is ample parking when you arrive. You are greeted and checked in by an employee right as you enter. The employee ensures you have all proper documentation before proceeding with next step. If all complies you are asked to be seated to continue with next employee to assist with obtaining a real license, eye exam and photo license. A real license cost is $50.00 and you are given a temporary license until the real license is mailed within 7 to 10 Business days. It was a smooth process within an hours time. The employee staff was friendly and executed my transaction quickly. Depending on your Triple AAA plan, ask about getting passports too. 🚗 ✈

on november 27 my husband and i were on our way home and to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription since we were both sick and coughing a lot .it was around 5pm my husband accidentaly went up on a curb and it blew one of our tires.we called trile aaa and they said it would be while after an hour or so we called again and they said they were sorry but it was getting late rand i am 83 and my husband is 73 .we were so sick and coughing and it was dark and my husband had to taske insulin so i called again and the lady i talked to was very nice i explained all this to her and she said she would make it a priority to get someone there .my husband said they were just telling me that but i said no she was nice and she meant it and sure enough less than 30 minutes later the man pulled up and he was very nice too i dont rememeber the ladys name but would like to say thank you after three hours we were having a hard time .

A much better & quicker place than the registry. If you have AAA and need anything, stop by here. Great service with plenty of parking!

My husband renewed his license here the whole thing took fifteen minutes ! We loved it!

This is the best place! They're right on top of everything. We had to get our passport pics done and we were in and out within fifteen minutes. I go there for all my driving needs😊

Scheduled my Real ID appointment here. Staff was friendly, helpful, and had me in and out in no time. RMV services at AAA are a huge convenience. 👏

As a AAA member I was able to schedule my license renewal online. Because I had everything ready it only took 15 minutes. It's a great benefit of being a AAA member.

AMAZING service from a GREAT & REPUTABLE company!! I had let my AAA lapse for several years ( with no issues 🙏🏻✨) I received a great offer in the mail from AAA to start membership at no cost and add a family member in household. I decided to go for it, mailed the info back. (so I kno they have not received my info snail mail) Two days later we locked our keys in our car in our driveway! Called AAA spoke with Pearl who took all my info quick and assured me help is coming, followed by a confirmation text and a personal call !! Now that’s exceptional service from an amazing company!

I went here for a photo. The woman who took my picture was great. She was friendly, professional and sociable. There was no wait time at all. When it is time for me to renew my license instead of going to the crowded dmv holding a ticket and waiting for ever, I get a camera card and come here. It is well worth it. I am always in and out.

First of all AAA is a wonderful service to have for your vehicle. I have only needed their service a few times in many years but each time I was so relieved for the help I needed/wanted at that time! Secondly but equally important is the AAA offices where you can renew your license, ID, get currency for the country you are visiting and so much more....all in a wonderful office, cooled or heated to perfection with hardworking and thoughtful staff who are thoroughly organized and extremely helpful! I was recently a customer and I always look forward to my time in the Springfield office whenever I have something that requires AAA expertise!

When I visited my local AAA office, I was greeted with courtesy. The agent asked how she could help. I told her I wanted to renew my AAA Membership. Within what seemed like minutes, the entire transaction was completed. I appreciate great service.

Very nice, very helpful, good value. I had only used their service once til this yr. Now, thanks to an old battery in a recently purchase car I've used it 3 times this year! So I've had enough service to warrant a review, that's for sure. Idk what I would have done without AAA this year. They really came through for me. Even sold me n installed a new battery right on the scene without grossly inflating prices. Courtesy tracking n text updates while you wait. I did registry transactions there too saving me bukoos of time sitting at the RMV. Worth every penny. Had I known, I'd have had it much sooner! I'll never be without it now. Invest, don't wait til you're in a pickle. It's so inexpensive if you consider the cost n inconvenience savings if you ever have to use it.

The professionalism, friendly customer service, and helpfulness was wonderful. I am very happy with all the service I received there. It is the staff. There are many places to shop for insurance in the AAA community. This one is a 5 star. Thank you all!

Alyson Reed is terrific! Planning a trip to Ireland next Spring and she was very efficient in getting airline tickets, car rental and hotel reservations. Immediately felt at ease and she is friendly and professional. I have complete confidence in the planning of this trip by Alyson. Will recommend her to anyone planning a trip.

I stopped in last minute for a Triptik to Florida as we were heading to the highway to start our trip. The woman who helped us was awesome, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The other employees were great too, very friendly. The Triptik and advice we received from this AAA made our trip so much easier. I walked out with a handful of maps, a Triptik and away we went!

I called AAA-Pioneer Valley last week to request new New England Tour Books and corresponding road maps. I received a call back about 3 days later telling me the information was mailed out and I got it yesterday. Very efficiently and pleasantly handled.
