I went to get my Covid booster and flu shots here. The pharmacist and the technicians are all great. They are all always so friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.They were on time and quick. The pharmacist was kind enough to explain each vaccine and side effects and did a great job. Quick and pretty painless.

all the staff are very pleasant the store is very organized and everyone is willing to help you this store is yhe best.

I get a LOT of prescriptions here. Pretty reliable. They go out of their way to help out with issues.
Some of the people behind the pharmacy counter are not pleasant but most are pretty friendly and helpful.
They've never messed up my prescriptions.
I am comfortable here.

I was in line waiting to pay and at the register next to where I was waiting I saw a guy named Roy he was helping an elderly lady and she was taking her time she obviously needed assistance and we sat there with all the patients in the world helping this lady making sure she did not feel like a burden it was great To see someone treating her that way I do not know either one of them but it was still a good thing to see Roy was awesome

Horrible photo service. They lost my order and would not take the time to help me solve the issue.

It seems everytime I need a prescription filled the pharmacy is closed due to pharmacist shortage. There are pharmacists out there. Maybe Walgreens should be a better company to work for and they'll actually be able to get them and keep them. Horrible situation for people to deal with when you need your prescriptions.

Went last week with a coupon $5 off $15 or more purchase. Got to register and employee insisted that it wasn't a coupon. Needless to say won't be back with that attitude.

When it comes to the pharmacy, some of the staff are knuckleheads. Customers know their policy better than staff.
Doctor sends rx to Walgreens to keep on file for the next available refill (5 days ).
Staff continuously inputs info into the insurance company knowing all to well they are not going pay for it bc it’s too early.
Now they don’t even have the rx.
It’s time to switch to CVS. I believe they have way too many customers and not enough staff that knows the pharmacy’s protocol.

Very rude, unpleasant woman working this morning. No greeting, didn't ask me for my card, did not say a word to me the entire purchase. Just a scowl on her face!!! Quit your job and find another if you are that unhappy! This was at the 1919 Wilbraham road store.

Workers have attitudes all the time. Will not even talk to you when you get to a register. And when you need something that is locked they have a bigger attitude.

Always have a two or more person wait. Often have issues with prescription availability.
Gotta make a change.

Everyone here has attitudes, terrible customer service !!
