Manager and her staff were super pleasurable to talk to and took care of a huge trade in for me while being super busy. Wish we lived closer.

I stopped in to return a few separate orders purchased online and Karl made the process easy and took care of the refunds for me. I’d recommend this location.

I am in the middle of a back and forth with GS corporate and the Hillside IL location. I never should have diverted from this store. The manager there rocks and has always been very friendly to my wife and kids. While I am no longer shopping at GS due to them double charging me at the Hillside location, this is the best GS I have ever dealt with.

Katrina was great on the phone and then in person. Got exactly what I needed for the price quoted and all with great customer service. Will be back!

Came in to trade and buy a PS5 Jordan was very helpful and patient with me in buying a new system and got me a better deal than expected. 👍

This is one of the better Gamestops in the area, as the associates are not pushy regarding GPGs and the rewards cards. If you know what you want, this Gamestop is one of the best in the area as checking out is quick, not a 10-minute ordeal like other Gamestops. Overall if you want a fast experience without the hassle, this Gamestop is the one.

Store is packed today due to Holiday shopping, but one thing I would encourage them to stay on top of who's walking in ans out. No greeting and i waited by online order pick up without any one acknowledging my presence. It literally took over 5min and I decided to say "excuse me"

Even though theres ton of construction around I would still goto this GameStop. Just based off the customer service I received from the Sales Associate that was present at the time I know this is a good one.

This place is awesome! They just about always have what you want in stock, and the employees are nice and always ready help. I'm satisfied with the customer service, and would recommend to everyone.

They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Answered questions I didn’t even think to ask. One of my kids just got into gaming and I really know nothing!! Very thankful they weren’t trying to make a sales pitch but we’re just very helpful.

Wonderful and extremely helpful staff. I was searching for something very specific and regrettably they did not have said item but they where able to locate it at about local store and arranged to have it sent to them for no charge. There's also a possibility that one of the employees was willing to go and pick it up for me in his way into work tomorrow!

The staff here is super friendly and inviting. They had no problems answering my many questions. They even went the extra mile to inform me about additional material and made great suggestions.

This is my go to place for video games! Today I stopped in with my boys to get headsets for our Xbox One's Joey was the young man working and helped us out! What a great staff and very helpful and friendly. Like i said, my go to place!!! And they have a lot of other cool stuff! Pops, Starwars and Thundercats!! Ton of other stuff too. Check them out!!!

My go to place after work, welcoming associates, takes all your stress away, one of the associates namd jackylyn, still remembers me even though i lost a few pounds and i didnt remember her cuz she also lost weight, last time i saw her she was chubby and bec. she transferd to another store, pls let her stay in dat location forever! Shes my fav associate..

Employees are always recommending good games based on what genre you tell them you are into. The guy with dark hair working around 4pm on Nov 12th gave 2 great suggestions and I am loving them. Dead Cells and Octopath Traveler, with resemblances to Castlevania and Dark Souls, and Chrono Trigger and FF6, respectively. I always go here to pick the employees' brains about the better new releases. Will always be coming back.

Always a good experience the employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and they aren't ever pushy. Good local GameStop one of the best in the area.

Best Gamestop I've ever been to. Staff is wonderful and the manager bends over backwards to make sure you have a great experience. Go here if you have any say in the matter.
