I am always treated with a smile and a friendly hello from the ladies in the reception area. Also as always, the reception area is very clean and very comfortable to wait in.
The young lady who escorted to the medical area was also very nice and very easy going as well as very professional.
While in my own individual room she did some preliminary tests as I was felt to be both comfortable and in very good hands. Also, my room was very clean and very professional.
Very shortly after she the room, my Dr. Henry entered and too say she was nothing short of great would be putting it mildly. Her concerns for my health were very evident and very comforting. She went through a variety of procedures and when we were done, she made me feel that my medical needs were all that were on her mind. Fantastic doctor!!
Leaving my room to finish up with obtaining my next appointment, that young lady was also very nice and provided me with appointment times that work perfectly into my routine.
The reason I give 5 gold stars and I wish I could give 10, would be to say it was and always is a patient, I am proud to call my doctors office.

I was extremely impressed with this office. All are friendly and professional, organized and timely. The receptionists were knowledgeable and helpful. The medical assistant was extremely well trained and very caring. The manager was very informative and Dr. Lao took her time and was very patient with us. This has definitely renewed my faith in the medical care in Las Vegas as my previous experience with other doctors was not positive. Thank you to all of the staff at this office. When it is time for my husband to apply for medicare I will strongly encourage him to choose a plan that will include this office.

This was our myself and my husband visit and couldn't believe how comfortable everyone made us feel. The doctor (Lou) was great and didn't rush and was very good listening and giving feed back and what she recommended to keep us healthy. We don't like change but would recommend. Thank you for making us feel important and comfortable. 😊

The clinic was clean. The staff was professional and friendly. Dr. King's nurse was very thorough in his questioning of my previous health issues as well as my concerns now. Dr. King 🤴 was just the type of doctor I wanted. He listened to me and asked questions pertinent to my previous health issues. He explained the different tests he ordered. I was thrilled with the entire process!

Very pleasant experience. Checked in on-line,
arrived 15 mins prior to appointment time. Almost no waiting, got called in and spend over
half an hour with my cool and very informative
doctor that made me feel a very special patient although I know he truly care for ALL his patients equally. We need more of good devoted
doctors like Dr. Edward Clark and this world would be a better healthier place to live.

This office is about as good as you will find anywhere. They are all on top of things. The front counter people are always waiting for you. They make you feel like you are important to them, not that it is just a job to them. The nurses and assistants are also very friendly and professional. I have always heard back right away form them whenever I needed a prescription filled or some test results. The walk-in urgent care is really handy, 7 am to 7 pm 7 days a week. There have been times there were a few people ahead of me but I always got seen and taken care of, even if they needed an X-Ray the office has their own X-Ray machine and they can also do blood draws for any lab work your doctor needs. My doctor is excellent. He is obviously very dedicated to being the best primary care physician he can be. I am sure the other doctors are as well. If you are lucky enough to have insurance that covers their care you will not be dissatisfied.

Great Doctors. Excellent Customer Service, in a time that customer service doesn’t exist! I am a proponent for Primary Care Doctors coordinating my care. My doctor, Dr Mighty, is an awesome doctor. He gives me time even though I don’t have anything new. I don’t think I would ever change from Intermountain because they are a medical machine and Dr Mighty rocks!

Dr. Clark is just simply awesome. The wait time was very short. The time he spent getting to know my issues was extraordinary. It's been a long time since I've met with that quality of patient care. I felt very welcome, and truly cared about, as more than just a paycheck.

It was great meeting Dr Lao. She spent a lot of time with me going over my prescriptions and what they were for. Talked about my health issues in great detail and a short physical. I never felt rushed and she certainly was in no hurry. Answered all my questions again in detail. If their were 10 stars she certainly would get them from me. At my age I appreciate a doctor that I felt was truly there to help me. ********** 10 stars, not 5. 2nd visit a few days ago, a follow up to my previous visit and I wanted a a opinion on a potential hip replacement. Dr Lao again answered all my questions and had a few of her own. I feel very comfortable talking with her and again I never felt rushed. My daughter and son in laws doctor for many years retired and I felt very comfortable recommending Dr Lao to them. 10 stars**********.Adding that the Health Care Partners staff are very professional and polite. I truly appreciate this.

I have always had positive experiences with the staff and the doctors except for one time when my Doctor was not in the office. He refused to fill one of my prescriptions because he didn’t think the two I needed should be prescribed together, so I was out of one of my prescriptions for over two weeks, thankfully my Doctor caught it right away and had my pharmacy fill it . I think the Doctor filling in should have brought it to a supervisor and let them fill it if he wasn’t completely comfortable filling it himself instead of making me suffer for two weeks

Saw Dr. Richard King, yesterday 2/28/22, just for a wellness check. My schedule appointment was for 1:30pm, I was seen on time. John, Dr King , medical assistant called me in, very courteous and professional, asked me to step on the dreaded weight scale. Went thru the routine of taking my blood pressure, asked me about my medications, asked if I needed any refills.
Then after a few minutes, Dr. King entered the room, exchange pleasantries went over my health chart, and gave me some suggestions on my health. Told me the next time he wanted me to have blood work done, and to see him back in 6 months. I have been seeing Dr. King, for about 6 years, he is straight forward and I appreciate that, he is a great doctor and so is his whole staff, all very nice and professional.

This office is always professional and the girl working the front desk is beyond amazing! She was so friendly and showed genuine concern for patients. Dr Henry is very thorough and listened to all of my concerns and addressed them completely.

The office staff Professional and efficient. The nurse was very caring and polite. A visit with Dr. Clark was superior he cares about his patience and takes the time to be heard.

Staff is extremely helpful even if they are not directly assigned to your particular physician. Courteous, welcoming and genuinely friendly are a few of the Adjectives which come to mind.

My particular physician is truly concerned and interested in my health and my wellbeing even outside the scope of the mandatory examination and conclusion. Thanks.

I'm very happy with this provider. I have been with them for several years now and have had no complaints. I am comfortable with my doctor and his staff. They always answer my questions and concerns with informed advice and care.

I just can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Edward Clark! He’s a joy to deal with, genuinely cares about his patients and is very forthcoming with any information necessary to chart a better course forward for my health. If there were more doctors who demonstrated such patient empathy, our healthcare system would be much better. I’m very lucky to have him as my point person on my healthcare. Many thanks!

Front liners at the reception area were very helpful and professional (Angela) and so with the Medical Assistance (Michelle) who attended to me getting all my information all the way to my physician Dr. Nancy Lao schedule my next appointment with lab test to further diagnose my health. I’m really happy for this new medical group as we just moved to Nevada recently. I’m looking forward to see them again soon.

Dr. Henry at Intermountain Healthcare has been my primary care physician since I started going there last year. Even doing a telemed visit she was very patient and thorough. Since I started with them I have been very impressed with there care and concern for their patients. Their follow up is top notch.

Great clinic, office staff are friendly and professional. Dr Lao is the best. I can’t say enough good thing about her. Glad to have her as my primary physician.

Friendly front desk always!! Early morning appointments on time, only a few minutes wait at most. Doc assistant, friendly, thorough and attends to needs. Love my Dr.T. best bedside manner, always answers any questions and concerns. I feel i can ask him anything and he will give me needed info and is always caring and concerned about my health. The best. 5 star for sure my
