Rite Aid

I recently went to the Rite Aid in King City off Durham Rd., Tigard. I found the pharmacist and the other people working in the pharmacy to be extremely helpful and pleasant. It was my first time using that pharmacy and I was very impressed! Plus the entire store feels neat, clean, and well-organized. The cashier greets people as they walk in. I was asked in a review if I was greeting in a "caring" way. I'd be surprised if I was and I'm just happy to have my existence acknowledged. It's a smart practice to let customers know you're aware they're in the store. Asking them to sound Caring while they are ringing up sales is a bit much. The woman did sound friendly and that was more important to me.

This store is always nice to go into because it's clean, quiet and friendly. If you have questions, you can find someone to help. And, since they have increased their products, you can find more for the family rather than running to several stores.

Is there a way to reach out to a store specific manager by email? Without leaving things as a public review and getting responses from corporate/regional management? I'd like to just send an email with some info and screenshots pertaining to what happened and what we discussed earlier? Without calling back and bothering people during their shifts and trying to discuss it further. A simple email would be so much better!

Either way, have always loved rite aid amd never had any problems with ANY location. From Gresham & SE out west to Beaverton & Tigard. Awesome retail store not just pharmacy. Thanks!

Terrible pharmacy. It’s not the worker’s fault that they are understaffed, but the phone literally doesn’t work. And it’s a constant 30-60 min wait in person. It’s honestly maddening

The phones work very well now and they have hired more folks. My recent pharmacy calls have all been answered by a tech in a timely manner and the staff is always very helpful and kind (which to be fair was always the case but Rite Aid clearly had dropped the ball at this location for quite some time with malfunctioning phone lines and the like.)

Convenient location. Good stock of items I need. Friendly employees. Definitely a great pharmacy, I get my flu vaccine here and have for 5+ years. The store is clean and tidy and the layout is really nice, much better layout than the LO location.

In the pharmacy, Mike and Monica know what real customer service means. They value customers' time, listen empathetically and communicate clearly, always have a pleasant attitude, and provide service beyond customers' expectations. They go above and beyond and make customers happy and feel special. Others in the service industry could take a few lessons from them!

Never used this pharmacy, never even been in this Rite-Aid next to my apartment but i had a needed antibiotics, I was at Providence in Sherwood who called it into the Walgreens next to them ... who told me when I arrived that they could not fill it for at least 1 1/2 hours. I called Rite-Aid and asked if they could do it. They were very awesome dealing with a grouchy woman in pain. They had it filled by the time I got there (3 miles away) and were awesomely friendly. I will be using them for all pharmacy needs.

Store associates go out of their way to make this Rite Aid Store a comfortable place to shop!

Everyone at this pharmacy is pretty amazing. Paul is so nice, and everyone is so helpful. I really appreciate their knowledge and humor, as I am usually there with my Alzheimer father-in-law. Thank you all!!
