Tigard Ace Hardware

I have been here a few times since they opened, the store is clean and organized, and the staff is awesome. I had a key cut for my mailbox last week, and it ended up being off just enough that it didn't work, so I went back the next day and the gentleman helping me not only fixed the first key cut, but cut me another at no charge just in case. Both worked, so now I have a spare, and I really appreciate that. Also grabbed the wrong bag of bird seed, and another associate went out front, found the correct ones, brought them to me, then took the wrong one back himself, which was 40lbs. These guys go above and beyond, and I already know I'll be shopping here for years to come.

I've only had one problem buying anything at this store due to a miscommunication. Once the store saw the issue, they reached out and went above and beyond to resolve it.
The employees have always been approachable, personable and eager to help, something that puts this place well above the bigger hardware stores. You can feel that you are a valued customer here.

I was looking for a moisture meter. I stepped one foot in the door and an army of helpful employees got me to the right place in 2.1634 seconds. Unfortunately the one moisture meter they carry was from 1963.

I'm a big fan. The staff is friendly and competent. It's easy to get in and out of the store and they have a surprising amount of stock.

Very attentive customer service bordering on overbearing. I've worked in a similar retail environment so I totally understand. I used this locations automotive key service and everything went great! Unfortunately my model needed to be special ordered in, very understandable though. Took a little longer than expected, not the store's fault at all. When I called to check they were very friendly and helpful you check on my order and even gave me a call back when my order was in. Everything went smoothly and a young man cut and programmed the key In just a half hour or so after work. It was great!

Always able to find what we need at a reasonable and sometimes better price then the big box home improvement store and the service and knowledge of the employees is so much better as well

I am an isolated disabled senior shut-in with no transportation who bought a drastically marked-down EGO blower & weed Wacker bundle that was $60 cheaper than other stores on a Sunday afternoon that was delivered a day early on Monday morning. The driver called a half hour before delivery & I was able to leave directions on how to find my house at the bottom of an ominous-looking dead end that GPS hasn't documented & nobody can find because you can't access it by the stated street number. Unlike the bigger box stores, a human actually answered the phone on 3 rings & everybody I dealt with was knowledgeable and made me feel that they appreciated my business. While the wacker is heavy to carry the design is such that using it is unbelievably easy for a 96-pound disabled elderly female under a county deadline for cleaning up my 3/4-acre yard that's been neglected since the beginning of the pandemic.

There is always someone ready to help as you walk in the door. They do there best to get you what you need.

The most helpful and friendly Ace you can visit! Will was super helpful with making keys and was very professional. Kobe was super delightful as well. Totally recommend getting help there!

I was here with one item. The guy in front of me had a return. The clerk got on the phone immediately and called for another cashier. He was there instantly and I was out the door a couple minutes later. You don't see that very often.

I always get the best attentive service at this Ace Hardware! I have another Ace that’s closer but choose the extra couple of minutes to drive to this location. The owners work hard and train their staff and it shows! Great prices and they have always had what I needed! I always support this locally owned and operated store over the big boxes!

This Ace Hardware store is AMAZING! I'm no longer wondering aimlessly through HD and Lowe's, hoping someone takes mercy on me and helps me. Instead, I am greeted when I walk in the door, I am helped if I need it and left alone if I'm just browsing. Recently, I needed three of an item and they only had two in stock. They quickly wrote up an order for #3, said it would be here in a couple of days, and rec'd a call that my item had arrived. That is fantastic customer service! I'm beyond thrilled that this store is in my neighborhood! Plus, I'm regularly sent $5 off coupons as an Ace Rewards member!

Great little hardware store that stocks supplies and spares individually. I needed a gas line adapter to install a gas stove and they had the best exact part that I needed in stock for less than 5 bucks. At Home Depot or Lowes I would have had to buy the whole installation kit for over 30 dollars. Stores like these need to be supported and championed
