Fast Lane Oil Change

This is my preferred place for oil change and maintenance checkup. Not only because of the fair prices but also the professionalism I feel going there. All are great however I'm most excited when Nathaniel and Lisa are there. They are the cherry on top of the cake. You will not be disappointed coming here!

Such a kind local team. Way faster than the competition and way cheaper too.

I have been using Fast Lane off and on throughout the years. Yesterday's experience will make me a Fast Lane customer forever. My car was at the dealership for an advertised special and they "found" about $3,000.00 of work that they recommended. One of the items was a service that Fast Lane did for me a year ago. I called Fast Lane a bit flustered and José picked up and so incredibly calmly and knowledgeably explained why what the dealership was stating was not only incorrect but was proof that the car was doing it's job. The knowledge he displayed really put my mind at ease, so at ease that I took the list of recommendations to him and had Fast Lane do the work instead of the dealership. The savings was ridiculous and clearly the skill was far superior to that of the person I was working with at my dealership (who offered up almost no explanation and even seemed not to understand the inner workings of an engine). I suggest calling and asking if they can do a particular service on your car, they do much more than just oil changes!!

Fast and kind service, I had them check for a break fluid leak and ended up finding an issue with my breaks that should have been fixed in the past! Very thankful! They did a great job on the oil change and wiper replacement as well!

I heard they could do headlight bulb changes, so I called and was quoted $20 per headlight. That seemed really low. A couple of people told me the quick-oil-change places quote low like that but end up finding reasons to upcharge you. Well, that didn’t happen, and I’m really pleased to have two bright lights again!

I was impressed with the friendly service. The tech told me a better time to come back when the wait would be shorter, so I left to do other errands.

There are places closer to home, but I’ll make the trip back next time I need service.

I have been coming to Fast Lane Oil Change for years with multiple vehicles and I appreciate their professionalism. While they may not be the cheapest, I know they will do it correctly and efficiently. They are a solid group and I would recommend to anyone who wants to take care of their vehicle.

My mom told me about this place. They’re super kind, super fast and efficient, and they also take the time to explain things. I went in for an oil change, and also got my engine filter cleaned and my brake lines. I usually don’t like when people at oil change places try to push other things on me, but they weren’t being pushy. At first, I declined, but then I asked about the purpose of those other 2 services. All in all, I had a wonderful experience, and I will be going again.

Soooo… I work out of town and needed a “quick and easy.” Driving all across SW and SE Portland, kept struggling to find: 1 reasonable price, 2 walk-in availability! Well, found both!!! Staff was friendly, prompt, and more affordable than the local shops (which are even better priced than the “Speedy Lube” places… and WAY MORE TRUSTWORTHY!!!

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The service on my car was very affordable and quick. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend others to go there. Awesome place and people!

First visit to Fast Lane yesterday was a positive experience. Pulled right up, no wait, greeted me at the car and gave me a rundown of the basic service and needs for my vehicle. went inside to the nicely appointed waiting room, grabbed a mocha from the machine (free) and sat down. I had just finished drinking when they came in and said my truck was done. Easy, quick, and reasonable price.

Found my skid plate dragging under my car, called up Fast Lane and they offered to stick it back on for me no problem. Brian helped me out and was willing to reattach it free of charge! This place rocks and I will absolutely be coming here whenever I need help with my vehicles in the future!

Bryan and crew are awesome! Thorough and very straightforward. I’ll be bringing all of my cars there from now on! Great service.

I’ve been coming here for months to get services for my cars. Any preventative maintenance cares I get it done with these guys, always so professional, eager and informative of things they notice I would need or they’d recommended I get done, I always take into consideration. I needed my cars oil changed as well as an emissions test for its registration renewal. Neither of these are my favorite activities. I arrived at the Tigard location and was immediately directed into a service bay. The costs were explained to me and there was no attempts to 'up-sell' me on air filters or windshield wipers. I used one of their $10 off coupons and was in and out in about 20 minutes. The staff were professional and efficient. There was free coffee in the waiting room. What's not to love? This will be my go-to destination for future oil changes. Recommended

First visit to FL was a thumbs-up! Friendly, courteous, on-task, and no up-selling. I asked them to forgo the filter checks and they got right to the oil change. Wasn't able to use a coupon, but they had me in and rolling out of there under 20 minutes. I'm happy with the service and will return, thank you Fast lane.

Late review:

I went in to get an oil change on my Kia Forte the morning of Nov.12th, 2023. Oil change went well and the service was quick. Later in the day I noticed my skid plate was not put back correctly as the front of it started to hang down throughout the day. I couldn't move the car out of my driveway without it dragging across on the ground at that point.. I called FL in the evening and told Jose the situation. He was at my house within an hour, shortly after he closed up shop to remove the skid plate. We were able to come back to FL the next day to have it secured back on, and he offered us a discount the next time we wanted an oil change.

My parents and I appreciate him going out of his way to fix the issue, after working hours, even though it was not directly his fault in the first place. We've been going here for years for oil change and maintenance, and we understand mistakes can happen.

So thank you, Jose, for your amazing customer service and representing a great team. You really take care of your customers!

This is my second visit to the Tigard location. They had my info pulled up and ready to proceed before I even came to a stop in the bay. Excellent communicators, faster than an Indy 500 pit crew, and showed me how to reset my oil change light. Great team, and $10 less than the dealership oil change. I'll be back!
