Nowadays customer service is something that I don't see too often. I must say that the gentleman working behind the counter (Mitchell) was super friendly and just his interaction made my otherwise disappointing day better. Some people just have "it" and know how to interact with people.

Ms Werner as the manager of 7/11 on sw pacific hwy I'd like to say on behalf of 7/11 we had no real issue with you. We were more upset that you betrayed our trust by telling us you just got hit by a car then stealing from the store. I'm sorry I had to 86 you it is nothing personal and please don't take it personally.

I go in there 4 to 5 times a week the morning cashiers are real friendly and they call me by name. The manager is very friendly comes over to shake my hand when he sees me, when he is in the store in the afternoon.

Night guy tonight and every night for past cpl years has been funny helpful and just all around good guy for sure !

I like 711 but why did you change the cheese from the dispenser. Not everyone can have all the peppers that is in it. It has caused me not to buy as many items as I did be for. Thus my experience is not as enjoyable as it could be.

Google said 'BJs near me' at my local 7 eleven, unfortunately that wasn't the case. The dude behind the counter gave me a straight answer, now I gotta find the slurpee girl 🤣🤣🤣
