Justin, the store manager, was a huge help while I tried to get my car fixed in the freezing rain. He was taking care of the store himself and still able to provide feedback and the tools needed for me to diagnose the problem.

I want to thank Jose at this location for assisting with my wiper blades. It was appreciative him assisting with the removal and addition of the blades to my truck. Thank you for the awesome customer service sir!

Every store becomes a good experience when their employees are nice and helpful to customers and this store has just that. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly employees. Got a pretty good battery for our working van that has a good quality and much reasonable price than any online stores. This is a good branch with nice employees and lots of goods in the store. Absolutely recommend this branch.

Came in today to get windshield wiper blades for my car. Gina was very helpful, found the right blades for my car and even installed them for me. Great attitude and friendly.

Always a great place to start with automotive issues. The majority of employees are very knowledgeable and if not they will grab one of the more experienced employees for help. Prices are a good value and they have fast shipping if not in stock. This is my first stop for parts and help every time.

Brought in a battery, figured it was dead. It was.
Tech showed me the reading on the tester, even though I trusted him.
Asked if I had questions about why a dead cell means you need to replace a battery, I didn't, but was impressed with hi professionalism.
Picked up a new type battery as a replacement, and dude was ready for any question I had.
Got battery home and into my bike, and she fired right up!
Happy day!

My vehicle had a gas cap light on and wouldn't go away after I tried to tighten the gas cap. I pull it to the store asking for some recommendation. The staff told me to try to clean the gas cap first to see if the issue was fixed. I bought the new gas cap just in case. I went back home and followed his recommendation. The light was gone. I drove back to return the new gas cap. The refund was straightforward. This was as quick and convenient as I could hope for.

Should be 4.7 stars. Great attitude at the counter and very helpful, but not quite as experienced as some smaller chain parts houses. Did not stock the uncommon part I needed s tried to provide a substitute, but this is where we noted the lack of broad experience. We needed flag to post adapters and staff suggested post shims. But service was great.

Xavier was amazing! He helped me determine exactly which turn signal was out. Plus, since they were not too busy, he helped me figure out how to get the cover off and replace it. He pulled a tool out of his own car and it worked so well I purchased it in addition to the bulb and grease. Great job Xavier. You made my day.

These guys were awesome, shop wanted to charge me close to $40 to change out my bulbs and these guys came out, helped me get them in, and made sure they were working for the cost of the bulbs (less than $10) 💓🙌. Wish I had brought cash to tip them so will need to find an excuse to come back... With cash 😁!

When I decided to purchase some light bulbs for my car, I thought I would research were to go by reading online reviews. After reading the reviews on this site I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. They were extremely helpful, very friendly and they knew what they were doing. Thanks to their expertise, I got the correct light bulbs quickly and cheaply. SUPER HELPFUL! One of my headlights went out so I went here to buy some. The clerk found the lights I needed AND installed them for free on the spot!! Very thankful for that extra level of customer care.
