I just had a wonderful experience at this location. I have been having trouble with my voicemail for more than a year and a half. I tried calling Cricket, going into other locations and could not get the problem fixed. Anthony spent time with me, tried many different solutions, talked with me to fully understand the problem and fixed it! While we were waiting, he also let me know how I could save money on a better plan. Overall, he was wonderful, I highly recommend this location!!

Scott was very helpful. Helped me set up a brand new phone plan with cricket protect plus and HBO max! Very good time!

Wow verenice the manager was amazing. She really helped me with all my questions and got me set up quickly. I came without all the right information to switch over and she guided me and helped me get all the info I needed with no complaints. She is amazing ! Definitely recommend !

I visited this store on 3/10/21. My phone was acting wonky & I needed to buy a new one. The sales manager who helped me was Leo and he was fantastic! I knew which phone I was interested in; he helped me with the purchase & set up. It's been a long time since I've done one-on-one visits in a retail location but the store & the sales manager were as concerned about safety as I was. Totally pleased. Anthony helped us fix our phones. His customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend him, he works Tuesday thru Saturday at Tigard cricket. I am buying a new phone from him in the near future.

Went in to ask about pricing of services because I was looking to switch from my current company. And I ended up walking out as a new cricket customer. Leo was amazing and made the setup process easy and fast. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family looking to switch.

Went to this location and was helped by Leo. He was very nice and professional. He seemed to really care about his job, and his customers. I explained to him How I & my wife we're treated at the Cricket store in Newburg, Oregon, 2401, Portland Rd Newburg,Or 97132 Store Unit 3.

Leo was very forthcoming and told us he would wave one of the fees for the 4 lines for $100.00 since we only had 3 phones. We need more retailers like Leo. I will be back to the Tigard Cricket location and this will now be our home store.

I dropped my Samsung S7 and ruined the display and thought I'd have to buy a cheap phone to use while it was being fixed. But Leo, at this location, told me I could use my old AT&T phone, after AT&T told me it had to be unlocked which would have taken 3 days. So I was very happy to have him save me some money and help as well. I saw him helping a couple before me, and he was terrific. I've had Cricket for about 2 years and so far have been much happier with them than dealing with AT&T or Sprint, both of which were nightmares. People actually help you, both on the phone and in person. Way to go, and thanks Leo!

This is my neighborhood Cricket store.. Came in and got a great phone at a great price, the girl that helped me was great. I haven't had not one issue. I have had both Cricket and AT&T they are both great at what they do... I would suggest them to anyone...

Been with this specific Cricket for years. I've never had a bad experience! I've never seen the same employee twice it seems like a revolving door but they are always nice. They make it as speedy as possible and I've even gone in there with silly problems like not knowing I turned off LTE data. They recently gave me an insane deal on my new phone. I was way overdue for an upgrade so I had a certain amount of money to spend on a new phone (came out to 700$!!!) I got a nice HTC phone along with a case, and the rest of the money went towards my monthly bill. Total win.

Leo and zuri were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond what was necessary to help and to make sure everything worked correctly before I left the store. Wonderful attitudes and superior customer service.

This store for me helped as soon as I walked in the door. They're VERY knowledgeable, unbelievably fast and got me much better service than what I had with Verizon. (Plus there was a super pretty girl that helped me, which is always a bonus)

Jasmin was amazing she helped me with every little question I had in regard switching carriers! Would definitely recommend to go to her if you have any questions.

It was fast and seamless. Moved my number 'cause bloody Verizon simply didn't work on PCC Sylvania campus. $80 to $35 not a bad deal.

Michelle came back early from lunch to help us. She was super nice and helpful.

Customer service is excellent and I personally think its the friendliest store out of many of the other locations I've been in.
