Came in multiple times, wasn’t 100% sure on what I needed and whether or not I wanted to do everything my car could use. Eric, I believe a new manager there, really helped me decide what I should get and even though he admitted to being newer to automotive sales he still helped me find the information I needed and was very resourceful. I’ve never had such great customer service from a single person before. I hope he’ll be there next time. Thanks Erick

My local AutoZone Auto Parts located at 13407 SW Pacific Hwy in Tigard is a nice store.

It’s at the same traffic light as for the H-Mart but on the other side of Pacific Hwy next to the Public Storage.

Being a satellite location it sometimes doesn’t have everything in stock.

But the staff have always been incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable!

They have good prices too.

Came in for an alternator and Riley checked it for me and it was not my alternator, but said it was a bad battery. Gave me some quotes on batteries they were a little bit high for my budget.. But Riley was exceptional with his customer service.

What an awesome store! Definitely the largest I've seen. Everyone that helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable. Teddy helped change my battery, then he checked my fuses. He went above and beyond by recommending further checks, and who to talk to. Very satisfied customer. Thanks guys!

I visited Auto Zone last week on Wednesday around 9 AM. They checked a check engine light on my van (FOR FREE) and gave me the bad news. I had an old gas cap that wasn't sealing that was causing the check engine light. $16 for the gas cap ($14 & change after new customers discount!).
The guy that did the testing was friendly and perfect at customer service skills. This is a real quality business and I'm thankful for a ***** experience.

The staff was very, very helpful. I needed to replace the batteries in my two key fobs and instead of just selling me the batteries, the gentleman installed them (quite a tedious job, actually) and made sure they both worked before I left. Thank you! The store (on Pacific Highway by Firestone Auto Repairs) is also nicely organized and clean.

Austin went above and beyond to help me with my electrical problem with my head light on my GMC Sierra. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional service! Highly recommend!!!

I want to give a thumbs up to Mike. I came in with my daughter who was headed back to school within minutes and we needed to solve the problem. Dashboard lights weren't lit up at first I thought it was a fuse, but Mike said no there's a little dial on the side you just need to adjust.This took two minutes and there was a line of folks waiting. He was very patient courteous and smart. I was glad he could think on his feet quickly.

Was very grateful for the store manager and member there last night.

Of course, I was that guy, I came in less than 10 minutes until closing. Asking for a battery replacement and to borrow some hand tools to get the replacement done.

They were super caring and checked in several times as they were closing up, making sure I had everything I needed.

They had closed up shop, I didn't tighten the battery clamp tight enough so the engine didn't wouldn't turn over. The manager came to check on me before he left, didn't want me to be stranded. He reopened the shop to get me the hand tools again. So grateful for their compassion! Thank you!

Came to this Autozone for help with new windshield wipers for my car. They were oddly specific ones and tricky to get for my vehicle. Cody was a tremendous help in trying out different blades until the right one fit and getting my problem solved and replacing the wiper blades. Their customer service was friendly and knowledgeable and I will certainly return to this store for future car needs!

AutoZone was great I picked up a set of brakes, calipers and rotors. I had bought rotors there before and they were great with a 2-year warranty. Unfortunately I warped them somehow so I was able to exchange them for new ones I had also bought lifetime brake pads which I highly suggest when buying brakes especially if you keep your car for long term, you can always get replacement under warranty I also had picked up some brake fluid so that I could purge the lines and get all that dark brake fluid out so it looks brand new again and everything's working very well. Chandler took the time to help me with my car. They closed and he still offered to help and make sure it was done right. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty.

Came in for a battery check and ultimate batter replacement today. Ian L. assisted me and was fantastic. Went above and beyond to help me with the change. Even took the time to clear off excess corrosion before installing the new battery. This store is a bit of a drive for me but I have had nothing but fantastic service when I go there.

Me and my wife stopped in today, to grab a fuse for my car and the trailer hitch. We were stumped when it didn’t work and Joseph was there to assist us with the next possible solution!

Not only did he help us thoroughly finding what we would need in store.
When he finished for the day he came to help us for over 2 hours nearly 3.

We will forever be great full for his time and efforts, He was on his back in the parking lot rewiring our trailer hitch and entertained our stupidity and user error for a long time.
I’m sure he expected it to be a short quit fox that turned out to be a whole ordeal.

But full credit to him, he stuck at it and with all the parts we needed he was able to get us on the road!

Great auto parts store and the staff was great at this location. They were out of stock on the part I needed but were able to get it from another location and have it there the next day. Sure I could have gone online and bought it but I prefer to support the local business instead of a multi million dollar corporation that is trying to squeeze out the small businesses. Prices are very competitive and it's nice to speak with someone that can help versed dealing with a computer and hope you get the right thing you ordered.

To Whom it May Concern-
On Monday, October 17 of this year our Toyota Camry broke down in Tigard, Oregon. My wife and I were stranded and had to make a decision where to have the car towed. I chose to have it towed to your store at 13407 SW Pacific Hwy, Portland, OR 97223 after I spoke with Maddy at that store. She told me she had the parts and that I could use store tools to fix my car. I was glad to hear that. Anyway, when I got to the store, I purchased a battery because that was the first thing I needed to replace. After I purchased the battery, Austin, one of your store workers, helped me diagnose the other problem, which was the alternator was not working. Not only did Austin let me use more tools, he helped me with taking the alternator out and installing it. Also, Jose helped me when Austin had to go home for the day. After the alternator was installed and the charging system and battery were functioning properly, Jose let me was my hands in the restroom, letting me use the good soap that degreases.

My wife and I are very grateful for the outstanding service that accompanied our purchase of auto parts from your store in Tigard. You have a earned a customer for life and I will let others know about my experience.

Amazing experience, everyone was very friendly, Joseph especially was very helpful and was willing to show me how to remove/install my battery, definitely going back to fix some more stuff! Especially great after being jerked around by dealership shops. Toyota's technicians in Portland tried to gouge me and lied about my alternator being out, went from a 1,200 dollar quote to 70 dollars and some great knowledge, car runs great! Thanks guys!

I have a commercial account with AutoZone through my business, so I'm normally dealing with the commercial side. We do a lot custom vehicle builds so OEM repair stuff isn't always what we do, but when we needed AutoZone has always been very helpful with excellent pricing. A few weeks ago I needed a part that was in stock after the commercial side had closed, but the store itself was still open. The guy at the front counter went out of his way to try to help make sure I got the part for the customers car despite that, which I genuinely appreciated. I have zero problems with autozone, good selection of parts and helpful customer service.y business and I have been doing business with them for years and I have no problem continuing to do so.
