I've been to a lot of different doctors and medical facilities over the past few years due to moving around for college and internships. This is the first time I've felt confident that my care providers liked what they were doing.

I always get treated with respect and my concerns are always heard out and addressed.

The web portal is easy to use and appointments are easy to schedule.

I've had a lot of labs done, and the results are updated very quickly online and on the app.

It's nice to see that there is a medical facility that uses the latest technology well.

I was very pleased with my care experience at the doctors office yesterday. All my frustration with changes to antibiotics without clear explanation from last week visit to the urgent care at the beaverton office was resolved by Dr. Chang. She is a good listener, compassionate, very professional and provided the best quality care. The MA yesterday was very compassionate and phenomenal ! I am very grateful.

I LOVE Dr. Chang. She called me every other day while I was on my antibiotic to check on me and make sure I was feeling better. The only complaint I have is I wish they were a bit more proactive on finding out what was going on (I felt like they were too passive) but overall I would 100% recommend Dr. Chang, especially for women's health. She is so thorough and great at explaining, and not awkward about anything.

Today was my first visit with my new Primarily Care Physician. I had Kaiser quite a while ago but had other coverage for quite a few years. Doctor Crockett took excellent care of me today. It means a lot when your doctor listens to you and takes you seriously. Thank you Doctor Crockett, you helped restore a little confidence in today's health care system. I feel he has my best interests at heart and directed me in the right direction with some (as of yet not done) tests. For Doctor Crocketts first experience with me I think he did a stand up job. I have some complicated issues and rather then shrug me off (as my old provider did) Doctor Crockett is referring me for imaging and possibly a Neurologist. I think it's great that Doctor Crockett uses the resources available to him. In addition to this I would like to add that Doctor Crockett has a great personality. He is very down to Earth, attentive and kind. I would like to thank Kaiser for hiring people like Doctor Crockett. Good job!!

They are always fast and prompt and courteous. The location is always clean. It's nice that the doctor's office also has an attached lab and pharmacy. The staff always seems very friendly and my doctor does seem to be concerned about everything that I mention to her, no matter how small.

Dr. Samantha Shira is an amazing doctor to have. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. My family makes appointments here for all of our medical needs. We proudly consider Dr. Samantha our family doctor.

Doctor Nancy Chang is an outstanding doctor. She really took the time to listen to me and get to know me. She addressed my concerns and provided me with a highly successful treatment plan. Highly professional, competent, knowledgeable and compassionate.

I haven’t been to the doctor in a while and was pretty nervous. All the staff were super nice and helpful. Also the wait time was limited both in the waiting area and waiting in the room for the doctor. Good experience overall.

I love Dr. Samantha Shira, she is so kind to me and very personable. I highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Staff and pharmacy are always very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Very happy with all services at the Murray Hill location.

I love this little Kaiser office. Never long waits like the Beaverton office. I just wish had better hours

One stop shop for all your medical needs. They got shots, they got doctors, they got a pharmacy. You name it they got it.

For a clinic it’s nice.
