Last year our boiler died. We initially called Wicked Plumbing to come check it out, and unfortunately they confirmed our fears that we would need a brand new system. We made the mistake of going in a different direction instead of having Nick and Nick take care of it. We will never make that mistake again.

This year, our “new” system started acting up when I tested it for the colder weather. Leaks, low pressure, and a weird smell. Called Wicked Plumbing again (couldn’t get a hold of the person we had install the new boiler) and they came right out. They remembered us, and understood that we chose a different direction the last time. Nick and Nick performed a full inspection of the entire system and were able to identify MULTIPLE critical issues with the installation of the boiler. They formed a plan to bring everything up to code, and came back 4/5 days later…which in the plumbing world might as well be overnight!

These guys were the text book definition of professionals. They explained the purpose of every single part they installed and made sure it worked properly. They brought our boiler AND water heater up to code, and did so at an affordable price. These guys worked for two days in a row, only taking a break to bring in a grocery delivery so my 9 month pregnant wife didn’t have to lift a finger while I was stuck at work. The boiler is up to code and running far more efficiently than before, and is now backed by the guaranteed quality of Wicked Plumbing.

Don’t make my mistake: go with Wicked Plumbing from the beginning, save yourself any worry, and rest assured that the work will be done right and with the same care they would give a project in their own house, for their own family.

Called for help with an overflowing sewage sump pump. Response was immediate and a new one was installed. We thank Nick for looking after us in a professional and caring manner. So happy we called Wicked Plumbing and now we have a company we can trust for future plumbing needs.

Wicked Plumbing checked my boiler within hours of my early morning call. They quickly determined the issue had to do with the nest thermostat system. I appreciated that as I had the technician test my old boiler from the 80's, I expected him to suggest a replacement. I called him about a boiler issue and he was out in less than 24 hours and got my boiler up and running, replaced a broken water valve. Wicked Plumbing is WICKED GOOD! 😁 As always, I got a quick response to my call, the plumber arriving within two hours. No water was spewing so that was not a factor. The level of their professionalism and expertise is unmatched. You can't go wrong with this company.

I called for services the night before and received a call fast. Nick was assigned and arrived earlier than expected in the morning . Nick is friendly, he listened to all my concerns and did a thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable about my concerns and explaining to me start to finish what to expect and after care. My garbage disposal was dripping water. I called Wicked Plumbing 2 days before Thanksgiving. Nick was at my house the next day replacing my disposal. This is my second time using them. They returned my calls the same day that I called them. Their work is impeccable and they're very nice to work with. I always recommend Wicked Plumbing to people.

Nick showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. We had to leave for an appointment and trusted him to complete the work alone. He did a great job and even locked up on the way out! Great guy, great service, and great experience.

When we called we expected to reach voice-mail, but to our surprise someone actually picked up the phone, Nick called us back not an even an hour later, came out a couple days later only because we had appointments the next day was out there at 8 am was done a few hours later, installing a new hot water heater. I was very happy with the service I would recommend to anyone.
