Bruce has had our gold bracelets for two months and every time my daughter calls he tells her to call him next week. The recent message also said he has a minor medical problem .
I am sorry about the medical problem this happens but you have taken our gold jewelry and have not repaired or returned it. We also have proof that our jewelry was sent for repair and the repair number. I have called and left a message to please contact me because I want the jewelry back, ASAP.
If you are sick then just have someone help to return the gold jewelry.

My mother has her watch being repaired by Bruce but we are unable to reach him. He has had her watch since September '22 for repairs but we have heard nothing. We would like to know what the story is? We hear from his voice message that he has been unable to tend to things because of some minor surgery but we would appreciate some correspondence about what is going on.
