We had S&R come in to replace the carpet in living room and hall way and hard wood refinishing in dining room. Kenney was very knowledgeable with the showroom products and that made our choices easy. Steve keeping us inform after ordering materials, to scheduling, and answering questions. Both teams did an excellent job with refinishing the hard wood floors that know look amazing and the other team replacing 30 years old carpet with new carpets that are pet friendly is a huge plus for us. Great job all thru out the project. Everyone was very pleasant and did everything to our expectations. I look forward to working with them again for future projects.

We installed LVP flooring in our bedrooms to replace carpet. They were extremely fast to respond to emails and gave us a fair quote. The installation was excellent, they removed all baseboards, installed the flooring, and then reinstalled the baseboards to sit flush with the floor. This is a detail that I am sure other installers miss and are left with gaps. Very impressed with the whole process.

S&R paid such attention to the details. Their work was impeccable. Our floors look phenomenal. From ordering of materials, to scheduling, and answering questions on a timely basis, they made it a pleasant experience. I would most certainly do business with them in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about S&R. They removed the carpets that came with the house we purchased and installed high quality Hickory hardwood floors. There were some challenging corners, built-ins on top of the existing carpet and deep closets that were hard to reach. They took care of all those and the quality of workmanship, the attention to detail and the pride they take in the work they do is stellar. The output of 4-5 days of their hard work is something we will cherish for years to come. They accommodated every single need of mine, finished on time and did an outstanding job. If you want a professional, A+ experience from beginning to end, S & R is the way to go. We had a tremendous experience from our initial shopping visit to the install to the follow up. Steve, Ken, Paul and everyone at S & R was thoughtful, helpful, professional, and responsive. They helped us pick out a carpet and think through all of the variables--cost, design, durability, etc. They came to measure our rooms and in short order got the carpet and installed it efficiently and carefully. They were great about alerting us to issues that might increase the cost allowing us to decide how we wanted to proceed. There was never any high pressure tactics. This company is outstanding and we'll be using them again when we are ready to do other rooms in the house. I highly recommend them!

S & R Carpet was contracted to furnish & install a very special high end historic reproduction wool carpeting throughout the Groton History Center in Groton MA. Steve, Paul and the installers were the best people to deal with being able to surmount all of the issues we faced in trying to keep the installation historically accurate. The finished product is spectacular! I also use S & R Carpet for all of my personal flooring needs and would highly recommend S & R Carpet to everyone. Great service at affordable prices.

Recently, we had some flooding in our basement and we were looking for a new flooring solution. S & R Carpet & Floors met with us multiple times to determine the right floor for our basement. When we settled on a plan, they provided a fast and reasonable estimate. Their team showed up on time, completed the new flooring within one day, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Couldn’t be happier!

We used S&R carpets to replace old carpets in a house we just moved into and they were fantastic! It was done very efficiently - they came one day to rip out old carpets and the next to replace with the new ones. I had expected it to take multiple days but it was done so fast and we were able to move our things in the same night. Steve is easily accessible for any concerns and their prices are affordable.
