The clothes are good, but the customer service is incredibly awful. My employer made the mistake of buying me a gift certificate at a store. I went to the store, but it didn't have anything I wanted in my size. I tried to use the certificate online, but couldn't because it was bought in a store. After calling the customer service line, I was told that there was no way to convert the certificate to one that could be used online. A customer service rep told me that I could call the store and have them special-order the items I wanted, but the store said I couldn't do that. I had to wait until the items in my size were sent to the store as stock. I'll now in a bus headed to the store, and I'm not happy.
