Went to bobbles and lace for my first time and Kate was an absolute Gem! She picked out a few outfits for me to try on that I absolutely loved! Her customer service was amazing this company is very lucky to have her! All in all great experience highly Recommend!

Amazing experience working with Aurora. Needed a dress for a wedding ASAP and she found exactly what I wanted along with shoes, coat and jewlery. I have some pretty extreme body issues due to cancer and she found a solution that worked perfectly. Can not say enough about this adorable boutique and sales staff. Prices are completely affordable. Wish I had one near me that comes complete with Aurora. ❤

Tachou is the absolute best! She spent so much time helping me and my girls. I absolutely loved everything I got, and at an amazing price! Bobbles and lace makes me and everyone feel like a princess! 10/10

I don’t normally shop here, but I’ve been recently following their Instagram page and the girls seem so friendly and helpful to get you the outfit of your dreams. I walked in and let and behold Syndney was absolutely amazing. I told her I needed some outfits for my bachelorette and honeymoon. She was so patient, made me feel so comfortable I will be coming back because of her!

It have been to all 6 stores as I am a regular shopper at Bobbles.
The girls that work in the stores are very helpful, attentive and honest.
The price point is also a plus for the great quality and fashion forward clothing, accessories and shoes.
I follow them on Instagram and look forward to getting the latest fashion trends.
I highly recommend Bobbles and Lace.

Sydney has such a great eye and was super helpful suggesting just the right piece for the look I wanted. Great experience with no pressure shopping. The space has such a warm & welcoming vibe too!

I have stopped in both of my visits to Marblehead and throughly enjoyed the store. The staff (one gal in particular, store manager maybe?) is super friendly and genuine. She is helpful yet not too pushy, making it feel like you’re shopping with a friend rather than a salesperson. They even had a tarot card reader and sips one weekend! Definitely worth stopping in and seeing for yourself.

I've only had positive experience shopping at Bobbles&Lace. Recently bought the cutest piece of jewelry which one of the associates helped me pick out. Love this place!

Nice jewelry

I left the store crying... i would not recommend to anyone over a size small. i felt so unwelcome, employee hardly paid any attention to me and spent all their time telling everyone else how amazing they looked. i tried on one thing and immediately was met by dirty looks when i stepped out of the changing room. i have never felt so horrible about a experience. i never usually write bad reviews but this time i have to.

even tho my initial experience in the store after emailing with kelsey i felt much more at ease knowing the issue would not be ignored, and that it would be addressed. very responsive and kind customer service after the fact.

In fairness, had I written this review when I left the shop with my new shoes, it would have been great...however...poor quality and poor customer service will always come back to bite you. Just 2 months after I purchased my shoes, after maybe 10 and at most 15 wearings, the sole separated from the boot...not a scratch or broken shoe string...but the entire back half of the boot came apart from the sole!! Knowing their reputation, I was certain that a quick visit back to the boutique would end in some sort of a win-win situation. However, when I showed the sales person the shoe...she turned up her nose, crinkled her face and said "Did you wear them???"....really? Are their shoes not meant to be worn? "How many times did you wear them?"...seriously? She then indicated that they were on sale...that she couldn't even get them anymore...and that there was really nothing she could do. There was no attempt to retain me as a customer or even empathize with my situation...quite the opposite as I left feeling as if I'd actually been the one at fault here...shame on me for actually wearing the shoes. I'm 50...these were just a fun purchase...I'll glue them back together and hope to double their lifespan...but I've made my last visit to Bobbles & Lace.

Good clothing but not impressed with the service. The sale associative sold my friend and I the same dress knowing we were going to the same wedding. I mean come on, at least mention it that a girl came in an hour earlier and bought the same dress for the same wedding.

Whenever I need a dress for an occasion, I have always considered Bobbles and Lace but I have stopped because every single time I walk in, NO ONE ever greets me. I noticed that as soon as a caucasian female walks in, they make sure to welcome them. During the first couple of times I would find myself finding the excuse that maybe no one saw me walk in, but it has been on more than 2 occasions therefore this LATINA is no longer purchasing any overpriced item from this business. To give you further evidence, go on their website and see if you notice any colored models. I am not saying that you are obligated to hire any minorities but at least have the courtesy of making them feel welcomed (customer service) while they are present within your business.

No one in the store helps when you shop, and a 30 day return policy- even for a store credit is ridiculous. I can understand if it's a past season item. I purchased a spring dress and they wouldn't take it back within the season, even when I just wanted to exchange it for something else. Poor customer service.
