Had a great experience, usually when you go into phone stores it’s a hassle but Amer made it a great experience and had the patience to help us understand our new plan. He called and changed an error that was made when we called customer service, all in all I will make sure I always go back and him when I need too. Thanks

I was transferring service from a different provider and it was a multi-day experience due to a number of issues. On the final day, I made two trips to the store. On the last trip more issues came up, but Amer was helpful and patient which was a big help. T-Mobile's connection has allowed me to make and receive calls in the house. Many thanks and much appreciation to the many associates who helped.

I had an amazing experience today at this t-mobile on linbergh and union. All the workers were really helpful and so nice. Amer Vehabovic was the representative that I was working with and he did a tremendous job. He was able to find me the best plan and phone that suited my needs and answered all my questions and concerns in a way that I was able to understand and comprehend. I would give him 10 stars if i could for his excellent job he did. Im definitely recommending this store to all my friends and family from now on.

My mom and I came into the store on South Lindbergh on July 5th. It was such a pleasant experience. We were switching from another carrier, and we were dreading the hassle. Amina was such a delight. She made the whole experience lovely. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She was so patient patient with my mom and me as we learned to navigate our new phones. At the same time, I witnessed Amer helping an older gentleman who was purchssing a new phone. Amer was kind and so patient. I also thought it was awesome that Amer and Amina were both bilingual. What a wonderful skill to have to help the customers whose first language is not english. I had to go back that evening because I had left something behind. I don't know the names of the 2 gentlemen working that evening, but they were wonderful. They were so patient with an elderly woman that was in the store and so respectful. I was also in need of some instructions, and they were so kind. In a world that has lost common courtesy and manners, it was so refreshing to meet these young people. They know the true meaning of customer service.

Nice staff would never try another location. It's always a pleasure.

I went to this T-Mobile to get on a new plan and wow, they are AMAZING. I was helped by Amer Vehabovic who walked me through everything and gave me the best service. Everyone there had a positive attitude and I left very happy. I would definitely recommend going there!

Went to the store twice in the same week, first time I wasn't ready to move with the upgrade, due to my phone issues. Very professional employee ( my bad for not getting his name) helped me and explained what I have to do next. Second time Sam helped with the upgrade, transferring my data from the old phone, and at the same time , with help of his teammate, dealing with the another few customers.
Well done and appreciated. Will recommend this store.

I have used T-Mobile for so long. It was originally known as Voice Stream when cell phones 1st started. I have referred family and friends over the years. Their products & services have always been user friendly. The customer service reps, either in person, on the phone or on-line are always helpful & eager to help. They've never tried to 'upsell' you into more expensive products or add other products to your service unless you inquire about them. They have great promotions! And service connections are always reliable. It's no wonder they are the #1 network.

Went there to add a line on my account and the assistant manager was really helpful.

I recently started having issues with not getting my notifications on my brand new Samsung ultra 22. I went up to the South County mall store and after 20 minutes of 2 employees trouble shooting and trying to fix my
phone, they finally said we can't help you. After 2 weeks of being upset I finally went to the Lindbergh store. Kenny was amazing and fixed it right away. His manager Ado was also very helpful to fix all my apps. It is amazing that there are employees that truly care about customer service. I run a baking busines and my notifications are critical to my business. I can't tell you how much it means to me to have a working phone and great customer service from the TMobile Lindbergh store.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by the whole staff. Very friendly people and were very helpful with all of our questions. No hesitation to help out and were very patient because some of us are technologically challenged. Would definitely recommend visiting this location to anyone needing T-Mobile service.

They were absolutely amazing, saved me several hundred dollars on a new phone with all the bells and whistles. The person helping me was polite and professional, was very knowledgeable and the store was adhering to all the safety guidelines for COVID.

I experienced some of the best customer service that I have received from anywhere in a long time. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt the need since Mirzet was so patient, personable, positive and humorous the entire time! He was super knowledgeable and made everything easy for my whole family to understand. Would definitely recommend this location!
