Wolf Next Door Coffee

We stopped by because we had 20mn to have lunch before visiting the House of the 7 gables. We had BATS sandwiches. They were lovely and very fresh. Coffee was great too.

My husband, my BFF, and one year son visited on Sunday, September 24th. We were going to visit the old candy shop, when we passed this cafe. We were all tired, cold, and wet so we decided to stop to caffeinated ourselves to walk to the car. The owner was working today, our son ran around her shop because we were the only customers at 4pm. While in the shop, I received the news that my uncle passed away. The owner asked my husband if I was okay. That was extremely kind of her. Thank you for your kindness.
We did order drinks. I ordered a cherry, maple latte it was delicious. My husband had chai, he says it was great. They do sell milk for my son to drink. Prices are reasonable. They actually have a public restroom. Rare in Salem. The shops decor is legendary. We felt at home.

We did visit on Monday. We experienced good service too.

This place is not in the Salem booklet. You will just have to add it to your list.

This is a nice little coffee bar in Salem's Waterfront District. The coffee has been amazing and the BATS (Bacon Avocado Tomato Salad Sandwich) was awesome. The staff was super friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfast.

We ordered breakfast sandwiches over the phone for our millwright crew while in town for plant maintenance. The staff were extremely friendly & very fast with the breakfast sandwiches we ordered, they were ready as soon as I literally walked in the door! They have a small cozy atmosphere that I'm excited to bring my wife back to enjoy together. The sandwiches were some of the best we've had in a while. My croissant was very light & airy, yet not too flaky at all. The bacon was crispy, the cheese wasn't too hot and the egg was cooked perfectly! The guys enjoyed their bagels and we couldn't shut up about how delicious everything was. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town for outage season!

Such a lovely little shop! The coffee was delicious (I had the candy bar coffee, my husband had the bee's knees) and the breakfast sandwiches were very fresh and tasty! Loved the barista (I think thier name was Jodi?), they recommended some great spots to check out on our trip. And it's very environmentally conscious! 10/10!

Great little coffee shop! I had the B.A.T. sandwich, which was delicious. I had a pumpkin latte with honey added and sampled their cold brew. Both phenomenal! I wish I lived near so I could visit more often.

I know every breakfast sandwich review on here says the eggs are fluffy, but the people do not lie. Breakfast sandwiches were out of this world delicious!!! We got 2 with cheddar and I had the impossible sausage on mine instead of bacon. Such a delicious, hot (super hot - it's the best on a cold morning) sandwich.
We also got the bees knees drink (4 shots of espresso- wow), cows on strike (vegan coffee that tasted sweet like marshmallows), and the candy bar latte (yummy!!). Would definitely recommend - it's our go to coffee stop here in Salem. Starbucks is sad compared to this place.

I have gone here for a while. But after a brief visit today I felt compelled to give a review. Great place. They know their coffee whether I get an espresso or cold brew. Food is awesome too. I go out of my way to visit this place whenever I can.

The best lattes in Salem. Friendliest staff. Best options. Amazing breakfast on the go selection. We love it here. If you like coffees that aren’t watered down, this is the spot.

My go too coffee spot whilst on a research trip to Salem. Really friendly and great coffee, had a biscuit on my last day and it was delicious. Hope to get back soon!

I am visiting in Salem and I’ve tried a few different coffee shops but this one has been the best the coffee was amazing the baristas were so nice! As a barista myself I tend to be picky about my coffee lol but they were perfect highly recommend going here

Great shop, with legendary cold brew (you HAVE to try it) and great food. My usual order is a spinach, egg, and cheese on a biscuit. Delicious, fresh, and filling. Wonderful, friendly staff!

Charles or Charlie (sorry if I get it mixed it up) is a WONDERFUL, CHARMING AND KIND employee at Wolf Next Door Coffee. This is our first time in Salem and this was our first stop right after our ferry ride. We did not order drinks, even though, we should have. But we had museum tour so we didn’t want to risk having to throw it away. But we both ordered two bagel sandwiches and Charlie was just a delightful person to talk to. We are visiting for 5 days in Boston. We had been in Boston for 2 days and met no one has been very nice. Lol frankly, a lot of rude people. Which is very shocking for us because us, midwestern, are kind. Sooooo when walked around Salem and into this shop, we just brace ourselves for the same attitude as in Boston. Boy we were so wrong! Every one was so nice and adorable. So big thank you for giving us some good vibes and smiles, it made our day. Truly, it did. But Charlie, you were just a joy to talk to while making our yummy bagel sandwiches. We really appreciate your groovy vibes. Highly recommend coming to this place. Thank you thank you.

Had a really great iced latte here recently and will definitely be back! Also tried a pain au chocolate and a cookie and they were both delicious. Nice location with some outdoor seating.

Found my phone in the middle of road, took into cafe and put on paper towel (of course it was raining out) posted on FB that she found a phone, bartender next door (where we had dinner) saw the post and overheard my wide that she was looking for a phone. Kudos to BOTH places for being honest polite people, and helping get my phone back!. ( and the coffee was excellent!) Will be back...)

I absolutely recommend this tiny but amazing breakfast take out location prices are great and the food is even better. I ordered 3 items to try it out.
1. The bee's knees: a quad espresso shot with milk and honey in my opinion it was perfectly balanced both earthy with a slight bitterness of well made espresso and slightly sweet from the milk and honey.
2. The breakfast sandwich: bacon egg and cheese on a fresh English muffin. The bacon was crispy and delicious i had asked for 2 slices of cheddar cheese and was not disappointed it's actually cheddar not that big store slice of lies "cheddar" but actual freaking cheddar!! The egg was perfect Fluffy and moist 10/10 definitely give it a shot)
3. A pastry they get thiers from a local bakery A+J King and as always its amazing!
I highly recommend this location parking can be a little frustrating as salems streets are narrow but we made it work!

Kaitlyn is awesome! She always takes the time to make sure that all questions are answered. If she doesn't know the answer (which hardly is the case) She will find out for you and get you the information that you need. You have to keep GREAT workers like her around! A nice little currency boost would be the right move for this amazing person! Thanks Kaitlyn you rock!!

Fantastic and small place. Great service and friendly staff! Close to the House of the Seven Gables. Popped in for a quick bite to eat. Sandwiches were delicious and drinks were refreshing. Would recommend highly to others.
