David went above and beyond in assisting my boyfriend and myself. He really prepared us for the long road trip with the Penske truck and trailer rental.He was very pleasant, kind, professional, knowledgeable and very genuine about our safety. He explained all the safety measures and made sure we knew how to operate every part of the truck and trailer. 10/10 rating for David @4 Jefferson Ave, Salem, MA location.
