I’ve been to Brads three times since MAY! He has offered advice, referred me out to a great place for tint& most importantly, he & STEVE have been very accommodating to me. I had my car at a dealer that never touched it for 3 weeks. I learned he works on VW’s & he expeditiously got my car done. Stayed in constant communication, offered me a ride back. Prices are REAL not inflated !
He’s stuck with me now !!!😀

Brad is a solid human being. I had just moved to town and my Nissan was acting up. I brought it to him because he was in walking distance and his place was well reviewed.

He communicated clearly and treated me with real kindness and humanity. After some initial work/investigation it turned out my car wasn’t worth repairing, and he dissuaded me from pursuing unnecessary/fruitless additional work. The price for the work he did, which was necessary to reach that conclusion, was more than reasonable, and he even gave me a break on the labor.

Meanwhile, my buddy asked a different local mechanic friend for a second opinion. When the guy heard the first opinion was from Brad he said, I wouldn’t doubt him, he knows his stuff. Said I could bring it by but don’t expect a different answer.

So yeah, you can’t ask for anything more out of a mechanic. Highly recommended.

Most people have their regular mechanic. However there is a consternation when you are on the road & have to depend on a foreign auto shop. You are literally at their mercy and hear just too many horror stories.
I was brought to Brad's Auto through a relative. They did all the work needed, at what was quoted me, no hidden costs, at a fair & reasonable price, with terrific service.
I can highly recommend Brad's to most anyone

Awesome! Used this place for the first time today and they were great! They replaced a blown out tire for me immediately, and professionally, and got me back on my way. It's hard to find good customer service, but I find it today! 👍

Brought my car to be fixed and he was able to fix it the same day. They are friendly and the fact my car was diagnosed and fixed the same day is a plus for me. Definitely knowledgeable in his work.

Been going there for years, always top shelf service. I've sent many friends there for service and a few have bought cars. Same reaction....Great place, communicates very well, honest, reasonable. Likes chocolate chip cookies with bites out of them.

Moving to an area that I wasn't familiar with, I was so glad that a good friend recommended Brad's to me when my 18+ year old Honda Accord was in need of help. I appreciate any auto care place that is open and transparent with its female clientele--I'm from Michigan, the heart of car country, and any mechanic who treats me poorly because I'm "just a girl" doesn't get my repeat business.

He can fix anything. He is one of the top mechanics in the city hands down. Just don't bring him a Vw, (inside joke). Great place n prices for your vechicle to be taken care of. Also he sells nice fars outfront of his Places.👍🏻

My vehicle had been at 2 other shops for a total of three weeks some one suggested that I take it to brads auto service he not only towed it for me he had it repaired and back to me in 2 days so if you're having a electrical issue he's the man to see
