I can’t say enough about city parking clerk.They helped me get passes for parking and also sticker for parking also.Great service

I call to have a car ticketed! N the clerk says if theres a vehicle in the area! Really🤔 im near beach and them dudes live there writing tickets! What a joke this place is.

Ppl park one tire on the curb on Rockland st because #1 it gives drivers and trucks more room to pass and #2 there’s no room on the street as is and ppl cars get hit and they usually run. Everyone wins. Go hang out where you’re needed. You aren’t needed or wanted on this street and you need to go find something better to do

Mean people. I turned around to check if a store was open. The warden started punching in the ticket, asserting that I am blocking the driveway, which I was not. He continued doing that suggesting that I go to the office. I went to the office, they suggested to write an appeal. I did, they denied it, and sent me a higher bill because the payment was delayed. Even if legally they were in the right, this was low no matter how you look at it. I don't think I will be spending any of my dollars in New Bedford, and don't recommend that anyone else does.

Wicked rude customer service and parking. Where does the money go that NBPC receives ? ! This office needs new management worst parking clerk in MASS!

They came to the elementary school to ticket people dropping off their kids. What a joke.

The worst parking department I've ever seen. A least have your online and phone systems working properly before giving any tickets. These two options are non existan if you are trying to pay.

I was parked in the right spot still i get a ticket for 10$ the city stinks to park they said my car was silver but its really tan like why did i deserve the ticket not funny.

Got a ticket at 5:33 am for impending snow even though I was only parked for an hour and it did not snow until the afternoon. They seem to be ticket happy.

I RECEIVED A TICKET WITH MY HANDICAP PLACARD IN FULL VIEW! WHAT? I AM 65 WITH A SEVERE BACK PROBLEM AND IT DOESN'T MATTER ! I STILL HAVE TO PAY!!!

Parking clerk wanted to give me a ticket while sitting at the side of the road, in the car, checking for directions.

Closed on 4-20-15. No notice on voice mail. My time was wasted. Not professional at all.

It's not the Parking Clerk that is the problem !
