Cedar Knoll Cemetery

Great customer service, they helped bury my dead mother and made the whole thing a pleasant experience. The maintenance man himself, I hear he goes by Rob was most notably helpful and attractive. There’s a 35 foot cross that is exquisite in its design helps bring the cemetery closer to christ.

I give this place a 10/5 for sure, the maintenance guy Rob is amazing! I have never seen a more neat and beautiful cemetery. You people mess it up all the time with your disrespectful selves, STOP driving on the grass you dweebs!!! he works hard on the grass. You people need to follow the rules on the sign once you enter the cemetery! I ain’t with the no reading bs!!!

My mother died in Feb 2013. It's June 2014, and they *still* don't have the year of her death etched on her burial plaque, even though we've called about it -- twice. When my father died several years earlier (as my parents are interred here together), they could not locate his urn that they said would take "a long time" to find since it had been sitting in storage for years -- apparently they don't keep very good records. Up to the last minute, they were still looking for it, but only with our constant prodding and pressure. Ditto in order to make sure the veteran's marker was placed out, and we still had to call to get it right after his funeral. My family was in touch with the cemetery all the time (with correct papers), but the laziness and disorganization of this place is appalling. I'm calling the state; the woman at Cedar Knoll should find herself some competent help or else leave her position.
