Dr Chan and her staff are always so welcoming and considerate. My teeth always look and feel wonderful after my visits. I once needed a filling revised and I was seen quickly and felt like a priority. My family has been going here for 10 years and we love the practice!

I became a patient here recently and am very pleased with my experience. Cleaning was great. The hygienist made me feel comfortable. Dr. Chan is very knowledgeable and great at explaining the work I needed. I had a couple of fillings done that were quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this office!

I've been coming to Mandy since I was 4 and she's been nothing short of amazing. She's still my current dentist. I have very thin enamel so I'm always back getting more fillings and she's always explaining to me how important it is to floss and care for my teeth. I can't thank her enough for always explaining my options if she finds a cavity without putting too much pressure on me. She's always saying well you don't have to get it taken out but if you don't it can lead to some serious and more costly procedures in the future. She really cares about her patients teeth like their her own!!

She always asks me how my family is doing and really shows she cares about her patients. I now drive all the way from NH to come see her because no one else compares!!

Dr. Chan is the model example of an ethical and moral professional. She is honest, kind and compassionate. If there were more people like her, this world would be a better place. We've been a loyal client for years and look forward to many more successful years. Everyone in the office are wonderful as well. Thank you Dr. Chan!

I had been going to this dentist since I was a child and never really questioned their policies or expertise. However, eventually I got fed up with feeling like I was in a car dealership every time I went to get my teeth cleaned. I often felt as if I was being pressured into unnecessary procedures. Example: every time I went in there, they told me I had severe damage from teeth grinding and insisted that I purchase one of their custom mouth guards for $600. I had no symptoms of teeth grinding -
no headaches, no jaw pain, no sensitivity, nothing. They consistently made me feel like I was not being responsible about my dental health, just because I didn't want this mouth guard. When I asked why I couldn't just use one of those cheaper guards, they told me those were incredibly damaging to your bite. Eventually, I got a new dentist because I was so frustrated with this situation. The new dentist told me that I had very minimal signs of teeth grinding, no more than the average person. So, in short, they were trying to take advantage of me. I was very disappointed to know that they would do that after going to them for my entire childhood/adult life.
