Dr Wang is an exceptional dentist with tons of experience. I have been seeing him for over 15 years for crowns / veneers / routine cleanings. All fantastic! Highly recommend!

Usually I am so nervous to find a dentist, however, in the Andover and North Andover area, Dr. Wang and Dr. Zhang are famous with their wonderful dental office and Amazing service, they work very hard to satisfy patients’ needs. Thank you!

We started with 3-D in 2006. Added two kids to the patient list since they were born. Two friends families joined them after we answered their question of "How's your dentist". For over 15 years, not a single miss! The staff are always friendly. The two doctors are always professional and highly skilled. The billing is always accurate.

The two kids had a variety of things done there. 3-D has been very accommodating when emergencies arise. Unfortunately, I am joining them as I age. The conditions are accurately diagnosed and well explained. The doctor takes the patience to discuss the treatment options. The staff thoroughly examines the insurance coverage to minimize the financial impact. Comparing to what my relatives have, I find the prices are very reasonable.

Have nothing negative to say. Thank you 3-D for this many years of wonderful care of my family.

I have been with 3D Dental for over 12 years. Our family members’s teeth are well taken care of by the doctors there. Dr. Wang and Dr. Zhang and their staff are very friendly. They are transparent about the treatment plan and explain each step clearly. I am very happy with them.

Best dental office I have ever been too! Very accommodating with scheduling, even has Saturday appointments. The staff is amazing, they explain everything in detail before doing something, even why something is important so you understand how your health can be impacted. This was my first visit and I was really impressed. I will absolutely be back for all of my dental needs. Thank you 3 D Dental!!

I would just like to say that I am highly impressed with 3d Dental. The staff are so attentive and helpful with amazing people skills as well as very pleasant. I am also very impressed with the doctors, dental assistants, dental hygienists and the manager for the financial department. They all provide the most professional care and pay close attention to detail when treating you. They explain everything very clearly on whatever the procedure you are having, and you can tell they care about you. They do wonderful work and are flexible with scheduling appointments. They are open on Saturdays which makes it very convenient as well as evening hours certain days of the week. I will never change dentists again!! :)

My first time visiting this practice and i was so pleased with the Dr.Zhang and her dental hygienist Lisa was amazing! I got the best cleaning ever. The practice is super clean and beautiful and her staff are very professional and kind. I am so glad to have found Dr.Zhang to be my dentist for the whole family.

Been a patient there for a few years now. Professional, competent and most of all, empathic to the needs of their patients. Both doctors are fabulous and the desk staff are pleasant. The hygienist is one of the best I have ever met.

Can't agree more with Eddie. I have been going with Dr. Wang for years for my dental needs - friendly and professional. Dr. Zhang is also so caring and honest. The office staff are always friendly. I'd recommend them without reservation.

Took my daughter there after I bad experience with a prior dentist office . And from the moment I walked in they were great ! First desk girl gave me a tour of the office and was seen quickly after that. What she needed done got done that very day and we left happy . They explained everything in detail also 🤗

Whenever I come to get my teeth cleaned, the idle conversations are always very fun. I guess what I’m saying is the people who work here are pleasant people

Horrible! Been going to this dentist for years. Never really liked them but it was close and therefore convenient. Then I had a real dental emergency so called and left a message. Dr Wang called and I told him that I was in excruciating pain… he asked me to spell my name and proceeded to inform me that I hadn’t been there in over a year… then said sorry you’ll have to find someone else. Horrible human being I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The dentist was terrible. I had to have 3 additional follow up visits to tell her my tooth was hurting after her treatment. But still she was unable to fix the issue she created. And she didn't even apologize. I went to another dentist who was able to fix it.

The dental care was excellent. The less than transparent financial issues and scheduling professionalism has me looking elsewhere.

This summer I needed a root canal. They did great work. My insurance was apparently maxed out so I had to pay out of pocket. I set up a payment plan and adjusted personal plans with my family to afford this. But I was told at least your cleaning in December is free.

Today I had a 2:50 appointment and at 11:07 this morning I got a call saying the doctor wasn't in but I could reschedule for the evening. I had moved my work schedule around to make this appointment work. If I had called and rescheduled with such short notice I would he billed. Unprofessional.

Turns out when I showed up this evening my cleaning is not covered as I was told, awesome, but there's good news! I overpaid for the root canal because insurance covered more of it than we thought! Well, I wish I knew that months ago when their office had submitted it to insurance. I was told I had a few hundred dollar credit but the cleaning cost could come from that and I'd have a credit!

I don't want a credit. I want the money back when I needed it and overpaid. I insisted on a check to be mailed once the balance owed back to me is done.

I was told my insurance was on the fiscal year and not regular year and if they knew I was maxed out I would have been told today's cleaning wasn't covered. Well, we all knew it was maxed out back when I was told the cleaning was not going to cost me anything, otherwise I wouldn't be writing checks to them monthly. I wrote the first check before I was told December is a free cleaning, so no surprises to anyone there.

If I ran the company I work at in such a manner financially I would be out of business. And to disrupt my day as well, rescheduling my whole day around an office canceling my afternoon appointment, it was all together a not positive experience.

My wife was going to switch to here so we'd be at the same dentist but now I'm looking to see if her dentist has an opening.

Very unprofessional and rude. if you miss appointment for some reason they will ask you to pay 50$ for that.
