I have known Andrea & Neil for 10 years ! Back when I first started taking yoga classes. Yoga has helped me so much mentally and physically. I highly recommend this studio and all the teachers. I would come to class everyday if I could haha. Honestly just check Power & Grace out it’s such a warm loving space with SO many wonderful things happening!!!!! You won’t regret it.

One of the most magical, beautiful, peaceful places I’ve ever been. Yoga, sound healing, kirtan, belly dancing, healing teachings, special events - it’s one of the greatest gifts about living in this area. An outstanding studio

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious studio boasting huge windows allowing for incredible natural light, which feeds the numerous and beautiful plants located throughout. Excellent and informed classes and workshops with a welcoming environment perfect for beginners, seasoned practitioners, and everyone in between. Neil and Andrea are absolute gems who live their yoga. I only wish I lives closer to Power & Grace Yoga ❤

Andrea (Power) & Neil (Grace) are 2 of mother earth’s greatest beings. They truly care about the community and all its inhabitants. The classes are awesome. Plenty of room in the immense studio. There are other rooms as well to hold practice or meetings for classes, etc. Best all around yoga studio ever

This is the BEST 360 healing ,relaxing and soft education experience in the Southern New England.
I had been looking for a studio for a few years and this was a recommendation. The core programs are amazing, but to have additional choices from different instructors at the same level was something that was a great surprise and rare. So I beyond recommend 🥳 So if I don't want to do yoga that day I can do a mini altar class or sound healing after a long stressful week or try something new with music.

Power and Grace is full of radiant healing energy and divine light, any time you visit you will feel that energy move through you. Andrea and Neil are amazing stewards and incredibly powerful and talented beings. Power and Grace Yoga is my happy, safe space. Andrea and Neil are incredible yoga teachers and people. The space is clean, open, and beautiful. Every yoga class feeds the mind, body, and soul, and ends in a sound healing shavasana. If you're looking for a new yoga space look no further. When you first arrive, you may wonder if you're in the right spot. As soon as you head up the stairs and through that bright red door, you'll see that you're right at home. I am so grateful for the space as well as the people that teach and attend classes. My words could never do this place justice! You have to experience it for yourself. 💛✨

Power and Grace is a studio that’s truly beyond the beyond. Neil, Andrea, and every teacher who offers classes and trainings in the studio are so compassionate. They are also constantly leading initiatives to try and give back to the community, and they work to make yoga accessible for everyone regardless of income level, which is really important to me. The yoga classes truly cater to all levels and abilities, and are unlike any other classes I’ve taken. To me, the heart of the svaha yoga feels like coming home to yourself, and stepping back into your body and truths in a supportive way. The sound healings are grounding and meditative, and the integration of yoga and music has me hooked. There are also acro yoga sessions, and this community is one of the most fun, judgement free, and doubtless environments for curiosity and exploration! If yoga supported by sound, dance, and curious exploration is your jam—I’d definitely encourage you to check out the studio.
