Perry's Plate

Perry’s place is my favorite breakfast place in the great Lawrence Andover area. Prices are very reasonable, the people are friendly and my bacon eggs and home Fries are cooked the way I like it. There’s plenty of parking right outside too.

This is such a local gem! Their food is delicious and all made to order. Their chocolate chip pancakes and breakfast sandwiches are a must if you’re visiting. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Also, super family friendly and a great spot for kids!

Tried this breakfast place today. Thanks to Google review we ended up chosing Perry's plate. We got lucky and didn't have to wait for a table. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Place is clean, a little small but it's ok. We got coffee right away that was good. It's Sunday morning you need that. The menu is not sure but, but it has all the typical breakfast meals. I had egg Benedict and my friends has French toasts and blueberry pancakes. Egg Benedict was amazing. Finally found a place that makes it how I like it. Everything else also tasted very good and fresh.
I would definitely come back. They also have lunch, and alcohol.

get the pancakes. i got the chocolate chip and they were excellent. the bacon is thick and delicious.

very friendly service, as well, especially considering i ordered take out the second they opened at 6:30. i felt welcome and taken care of.

dining area has a few tables, and it may potentially get crowded during peak hours, but it’s worth it.

My wife and I went there for the first time this morning! The food was great it came out hot and we didn't have to wait for a table. They definitely move the product out with the quickness. I highly recommend the sunrise special, 2 scrambled eggs, 2 bacon, home fries and toast for 8 bucks. It was a good deal and we left there totally satisfied.

Every worker is super nice and the food is great

This place is a Diamond in the rough. My friends and I came here because IHOP was over a 45 minute wait. We drove almost 20 minutes to get here and it was worth it.

*It could be a little confusing at first to locate when using a GPS but other than that, everything else was flawless.*

The waitress was amazing and very attentive, especially with my 2 little nephews. She was sooo good with kids.

The food didn't take long and was really yummy.

I would recommend this place over an IHOP or any other chains. Oh and did I mention the prices was extremely affordable????

Great food at great prices, with great service; you can't go wrong here.

P.S. This place is small and could get packed easily. We didn't run into that issue, but I could see it happening so call first, so you can get an idea if there will be a wait time.

Just left here, really enjoyed the chocolate chip pancakes with sausage and coffee. Friendly atmosphere, owner Matt was working the grill, very friendly guy. Two thumbs up! (They have a 6am to 7am special Mon-Sat. For 2 pancakes and coffee for $4...

Great small town eatery. Service is fast and friendly. You ask for it and you get it. Breakfast is hot and hearty. Will fill you up. Plus Perry's Plate serves a terrific chicken barb, a Merrimack Valley staple. Has a great variety of other dishes. Try it and you will like it.

Had waffles with berries my friend had pancakes we got some bacon and the mimosas wow was it all so good and filling the prices were nice and parking was so close. Had a great time our phones died so we watched tv had to write a review thinking about those drinks i want to go back

Great place to stop by for good quick eats. Breakfast is served during all hours of operation. You have to try the Chicken Barb, a unique local twist on a chicken sandwich. The Seafood Friday's is awesome, good portion size and great pricing, remember they are open on Friday nights. They serve beer and wine, with mimosas and bloody Mary's on Sunday

Love this place. Hard to get into on weekends, the food is so good that the line jams out the door. Has a real family feel inside.

Being from NJ I love a just like home breakfast and lunch! The pancakes 🥞 🥞 are Amazing. Light and fluffy. Perfect balance. Matt and Liz provide great service, acknowledges who you are. I love ❤ this place. Highly recommend supporting Perry's Plate!

Perry's could use a few more seats but the food is classic breakfast and lunch fare served in an intimate home town setting. It's popular with locals so make sure you get there a few minutes early, but you'll find the prices and taste worth it. I give the food and service a B+.

The food is inexpensive and delicious, and the owner and staff are always friendly and accommodating. We have been coming here regularly for almost a year now and they are consistantly fabulous! Highly recommend!

Small restaurant but good food. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Due to covid it's sometimes hard to get a seat since you need to be spaced out, but worth the wait.

Great little place 5o grab breakfast. Had the pancakes and sausage. Servings not huge but the food is tasty and the prices are good. Highly recommend.
