I had a couple of problems with my kitchen plugs , Ray came in not only fixed the problem but suggested I install retrofit led replacements for my outdated recessed lights. He ran out and picked up. I only had to pay for the material because he said installation was included in the time frame of the service call, I was impressed by the service and the value . Definitely recommend.

I recently had Ray over to do some work in my kitchen and bathroom. He did a great job installing recessed lights in my kitchen, changed and switched out outlets and did some extra work for me in the bathroom that wasn't planned. Ray was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and was very reasonable for the work that was done. I would highly recommend him and plan on using his services again in the near future.

Ray is great! Have used his services multiple times from wiring a brand new service and doing entire home remodels to re-wire outlets for siding jobs. He offers great value and customer service...and always follow up at the end of job. This is a crucial step for contractors!

I gutted my house to the studs during a full renovation and I hired Ray and his team. Not only did they do a great job, but they came in with the lowest quote. They were professional, prompt and clean. Ray was very responsive when I had any questions and concerns even after project was completed. I would highly recommend Raymond G Richard for any of your household electrical needs. I called him in a panic and he arrived at my home in a timely fashion on a Saturday and was able to unwire my cooktop and disposal so my new countertops could be installed. I already have him booked to rewire my new cooktop!

We called for some electrical work. His crew (Pat and Hugh) were here the next day. Very prompt. Fixed the problem and even went to Home Depot for us to get the part that was needed. Pat was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything that needed to be done. In the future I will definitely call Ray G. Richard, Jr. Electrical for any work I need in the future. Owner called morning of appointment to say his guy would be 2-3 hours late. I explained I needed job done today, by Noon, but was disappointed as I felt being so late was unprofessional as I had taken morning off to be here for appointment. I knew at that point he didn’t really want to job because he said he understood if I wanted to cancel and go to work - I again explained I needed job done by noon, he explained pricing and I agreed, then said that I wasn’t starting off too confident and he replied, “you know what, find someone else” and hung up - not professional or reliable - would j no it recommend to anyone
