Dr. Forero volunteered her time to come speak to my elementary ASD classroom for our career day! She was so kind and patient, and did a wonderful job answering my students’ questions and leading hands on demonstrations. If you have a child with ASD, I can’t recommend her enough!

Dr. Maritza Morell and the staff at the Andover location are excellent. Our children have been going to Dr Morell from as young as 4 years to as old as 12 years. Dr Morell and her staff are sensitive to the apprehensions and anxieties a child can have about a dental visit and they handle them with compassion and grace. Dr Morell's passion for pediatric dentistry is clearly apparent and she has the credentials to back it up.

I am 19 years old and I have been going here for any dental treatment ever since I can remember and have never had a bad experience. I absolutely adore the staff. They make each and every visit pleasant and pain free. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist and is looking for the best treatment and wonderful service.

Doctor Joseph Giordano is the best doctor in the area !! He is not just doctor, he is somebody who cares and goes above and beyond for his patients !! My experience with him was when my daughter had her space maintainer broken and every dentist’s office around my area was closed during the covid19 period !! He was able to come out and help !! I cannot thank him enough for his dedication !! Thank you Dr. Joseph !!

I brought both of my children ages 4 & 2, to the Lawrence office and they had an amazing experience. The Patient service was excellent and very professional. My children did not stop talking about the visit the entire day!

Had a great experience in the Andover office. Both hygienists were absolutely amazing with my 6 and 10 year old. Dr Mitko was wonderful! My kids had a great experience! Thank you

Not for nothing but are there any other pediatric dentists in Andover except this office. I never had a problem with the staff it's just the 2-3 month wait for an appointment for cleaning is more like a wait for a specialist appt. in Boston. Like maybe you have too many patients? And I'm sorry but if you live in the town local residents should always have a priority over patients from out of town. I'd be interested to know how many people go to the office that don't pay taxes or contribute to the town of Andover.

Terrible pediatric dentist. Took my 6 year old for a what I was told was a filing. Dr. Morell came in only to accuse us of going somewhere else during their ridiculous wait time for an appointment, we hadn’t. They had no bedside manner with an obviously nervous small child. She and her assistant just put him in the chair and started numbing him without telling him anything that was happening and saying “that’s just our finger nails scraping your gums”! disgusting. My sons face turned white. Then under her breath Dr. Morell started asking her assistant to get a crown and that’s when I stopped the appointment. She condescendingly told me over and over “ you don’t get it” and was rushing to explain why all of a sudden, even though never brought up before this that he needed a root canal. I left went to the front desk and asked for my sons records and signed a release. The front desk was more than willing to give me his records until the assistant came out whispering about what had just transpired and all of a sudden I was refused his records except for the x-rays. Again the Dr tried to take me aside and ask why this was happening and I blatantly told her I was uncomfortable with them changing his plan of care without any discussion or options . I immediately left and found a wonderful pediatric dentist that fit me in the next day… and he only needed a filling.

We brought our son in last year for dental work because his previous dentist referred us. We thought they’re in-network but they’re not. We trusted them when they told us they are but basically we got scammed. We should’ve known when we paid of out pocket $500 each visit. Each time we asked why our insurance was not covering they said it’s copay or something. Of course surprisingly a huge bill of $8,000 came in! They told us it’s only $2,000 but I don’t trust them anymore. My advice is do your research yourself, don’t trust this practice, they will scam you!! And the dentist that referred us! Never going to them again or to the previous dentist that referred us. Completely misinformed us! They also need to stop texting us to go back.

Due to a horrible experience and a previous dentist, my daughter is very uneasy when having anything done. Dr. Morells office offers Nitrous to help with this. Even with the nitrous at this office my daughter was still very uneasy and the office did nothing to help calm her. We have since switched dentists and with nitrous at this office, my daughter is completely calm and you can tell its working. Dr. Morell's office charges $70 for nitrous and the new office only charges $40. i am pretty sure that Dr. Morell's office is wither giving extremely diluted doses of nitrous or none at all. complete rip off.

I'm switching dentists for my 5 year old because this office is like a factory. The staff is very unpleasant. They have kept us waiting for 1 hour for an appointment for a cleaning. This happened on more than 1 occasion. Unacceptable!

They put my son under, when it was not necessary to do so. They did more work than they needed. They assured me the hospital part would be covered and whatever else the dental covered. I got a bill for over 12 thousand dollars. They were not compassionate with my son, who was 4. They seemed confused as to why I was nervous to put my child under anesthesia, and treated me as if I was ridiculous for being worried. They wouldn’t allow me in while he went under, and didn’t bring me in right away when he woke up. He was crying for me, throwing up, and bleeding from his mouth. She took most of his teeth, and put metal crowns on the rest. Even his pedi was confused as to why they would put those on. We will never come back here again, they absolutely suck.
