I went into this CarMax Saturday afternoon and ended up meeting with Andrew -- he was amazingly helpful and kind. He gave advice without making me feel pressured. After test driving two cars, I decided to go for it with a 2021 Mazda. I didn't expect to be able to take home the car the next day!! The process was really fast and efficient. On Sunday, I worked with Lawrence in the business department and he was also fantastic. He explained all the details to me and I was able to drive out in a new car! Highly recommend this location, and these two employees!

I just bought a new car, and asked them for a trade-in before we settled up. They offered an insultingly low price. We elected to take the car to Car Max who offered us $3000 more than the Dealer's offer. The whole process took only about an hour, the staff was clean, and the dealership was very comfortable.

Great place to sell your car. They give you an upfront offer on their website, you follow a few prompts, schedule time to drop off, wait 30 minutes, go over final paperwork, and collect payment. Whole thing in 1-2 days. Definitely recommend!

CarMax in Danvers, Massachusetts, is a tremendous business and business model. I never thought I’d live to say that I had a fair and pleasurable car buying and selling experience! Nobody is playing the game of going to talk to their manager repeatedly to fake getting you the best deal. You know what the price is before you enter the store. I’ve already sold three cars and bought one, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Floor it to your local CarMax! Just make sure you have all of your paperwork in order (call ahead to check).

I will never buy another car anywhere else! CarMax is the absolute best!! We picked a car, went for a test drive and decided that was the car. The salesman gave us the keys and said go take a test drive. NO PRESSURE!!! Nothing like they typical car dealer going back and forth. The price is what is says with no add on other than registry info. I have to give a 5 star plus plus to Lawrence Sweeney-Storace, who was the rep that finished the paperwork. He went over everything in detail. If you’re looking for a car this is definitely the place to go!!
