My husband and I stayed in the Warren Room.
From booking to check out Elizabeth made our experience great! We felt like we were staying with family. It is a very relaxed and cozy vibe.
It was VERY clean, quiet, and relaxing. our bed was so comfortable. Elizabeth made an amazing breakfast and was a great host! I HIGHLY recommend staying there

everything about it was great. i checked in at 8:45PM without issue. Liz was very nice, very helpful & went a little overboard with breakfast. Paul showed me the ropes & made me feel like i wasn't staying at a stranger's house. the place is period beautiful & way too clean. anytime i need to be up that way i will certainly be staying there.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful and nicely furnished historic home for a family gathering. We had family coming in from all over for a weekend and we had booked all of the rooms. Beth worked with us to make sure that our stay was comfortable and welcoming. All who attended couldn't believe that we had found such a gem. The Fairhaven town center and waterfront are equally as beautiful and all within walking distance. Clean, comfortable, historic and welcoming... they have it all.

Paul is a terrific inn keeper. The room was spacious quiet and beautful breeze went through. Every room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Very historic staying where Eleanor and Franklin Delano Roosevelt also frequently resided.

I stay at the Delano every time I do business in the southern MA and the Rhode Island area. I like it for a number of reasons: 1. The beds are extremely comfortable 2. The place has an easy going atmosphere 3. There are places within walking distance to eat. 4. You can feel the history, which is quite neat 5. The proprietor makes it so easy for me to make arrangements, and has made great recommendations for places to take my clients to eat.

If you are looking for a place that makes you feel at home without all of the hassles of a hotel, this place is it. You cannot go wrong. The beds, the beds are killer--not to mention what looks like are newly done bathrooms. The have been redone since my first visit in 2009.

I have travelled the world, yet my stay at the Delano Homestead B&B stands out as one of the most memorable places I've stayed in. I spent a week there, which gave me ample time to appreciate the history, beauty and hospitality of the place. It sits on a quiet street in a charming small town by the sea. I could feel the Roosevelt presence in these gracious rooms. I have never felt more welcome than at the Homestead.

Love staying here, the family ties are cool but Paul and Heidi are awesome. The breakfast spread is fantastic. If you're into historic sites, then his place is a must.

Wonderfully historic B&B within walking distance to quaint restaurants & several historic sites. Our host was knowledgeable of the area and gave several recommendations on things to do and places to visit. We are already planning a return visit.
