We have used them for many many years for many family members who have passed; They have been extremely helpful and the flowers beautiful. Unfortunately, with our most recent family member passing was was very young; the owners were wonderful to deal with; however, one of their representatives was absolutely horrible, rude and demanded one single payment vs. individual payments from the contributors to the arrangement then demanded that payment be received no later than 5 hours from the call. For a company in the flower business, families who have suffered a loss do not need to be treated this way. If there was some issue with the various individuals issuing their payments that should have been stated when the order was placed; on the contrary the owner stated the day before that it would be fine for each to call their payment in or deliver the payment. We collectively for this one death have spent over a $1,000 and over the course of previous passings probably over $10,000 through the years at this business , we will not spend any more here. We are devastated by this loss and did not need to be treated in this manner when the contributors called to make payment; no less than 3 had the same experience.

Flowers are expensive for what you get and they were delivered smelling like incense or something smokey and really late, 9PM… we could have been sleeping and the flowers could have been outside all night had we not been paying attention to our front porch.

We called today for Flowers to be delivered to our friend in MA. We live in Indianapolis Indiana for 94 dollars it should be done right but wasn't we ordered . The Lovelt Laverander Medley but NOT what we wanted.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother's bday and to be delivered. I asked the person that I placed an order with if they had the flowers to make that arrangement. She said if not they will get close to it. #1 They didn't come even close. #2 It was very messy, sloppy, thrown together. #3 Totally overpriced for what I received. Iam glad I did not order a bigger size. I've gotten better flowers at Stop and Shop. I was so embarrassed by it I apologized to my mom and explained this is not what I ordered. Extremely disappointed!! The first photo is what I ordered in deluxe size. The other photos are what was delivered. I understand substitutions have to be made but I only see maybe 2 or 3 roses and mostly daisies. No lillies. It looks so cheap compared to what I ordered and and now I am totally embarrassed. Awful

Place rips people off. Never delivered two Mother’s Day orders. The one they did deliver was wrong and much cheaper than what was ordered. They also constantly don’t send arrangements to funeral services and hope no one realizes. Scum.
