Fall River Fire-Emergency Med

The Paramedics and EMTS are amongst the best I've seen in my life, whether in a small or large municipality. I worked full time for 4 different municipality's in my life, 25 years of employment. Also sat as a vice-president of a ambulance service
in a large town setting up and writing a policy and procedures manual for this type of work. Fall River's very fortunate to have such a professional and dedicated group of First Responders in a municipality. Over the 8 years living in Fall River, they have responded to my residence
( many times ) to give not only medical care . I find while providing the needed assistance to a family member they also are cognizant of a victim's behavior and knowledge of the current situation if they feel a person needs transport to a hospital they explain to the victim the benefits a emergency room provides over staying home. Their dress is impeccable, their knowledge/attitude are second to none. Even more impressive is I left a message on the Chief's phone and I received a return call within a day. The mayor should recognize the entire rescue department for this dedicated service from top to bottom in these very trying times. Thank you all

EMS arrived at my apartment 3/30/22 approximately 6:30pm my name is Barbara Tremblay 181South Main St I called because I took an accidental dosage of medications I was very frightened but when they arrived I felt safe I was treated with the utmost respect they were super nice to me I was unsafe hands I wanted to show them or tell them I so appreciated their professionalism
