Blue Point Restaurant

We went for lunch on a Friday. The service was good and we took our time reading the menu over before ordering. There is so much to choose from. We had the Clamboil. It was so so good just like my mom made and she was an exceptional cook. I'd recommend this if you are looking for Seafood.

What a hidden gem. The food was awsome and the service was outstanding. We met one of the owners, Natasha. She was so extremely friendly. She made you feel as if you had been there a million times. If you haven't had there chowder and kale soup you are truly missing out. We will definitely be returning!!!

This restaurant has the best Fish and Chips and seafood platter around! The clam chowder was sooo good! My guest that came with me has the same opinion. I'll be a definite return customer!

Great food experience every time I’ve gone. The waitresses are always attentive, personable and seem to make you feel as if you’re a friend coming to dinner at their home. I’ve ordered the steak tips, seafood sampler, souvlaki plate and their crème brûlée. Returning to a restaurant, I love to try new dishes, but when I’ve come to Blue Point, I end up ordering the thing I loved the last time I was there. Definitely recommend this place.

First time back since new owners and was very impressed. Especially with my waitress Clarice. She talked me into trying the grilled prime rib and won't have it any other way from now on, absolutely delicious!!!! Carol had the sreamers with salad and was equally happy.

We always have a great time at Bluepoint. The food and drinks are delicious! This was the salmon pie I had tonight. It was so yummy!

I have never been disappointed. The food is always spot on! When they have the special on the baby back ribs. You have to try them. They are the best. The clam boil is piping hot. And worth every penny. So many more great things to say, but I am getting tired of typing. Take my word! It's GOOD!

Took a client out to dinner on Friday night. We had an amazing time and Chloe the bartender made us feel right at home. She makes the best cocktails in the area! And her service is spectacular! 10/10 recommended

From service, atmosphere, to food all was perfect. Welcomed and seated with 😁, waitress was accommodating and friendly, even though was busy when we arrived, she's was extremely efficient, food was generous portions, flavor was perfect. My family absolutely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back soon.

Best fish and chips in my opinion, all white meat fish and batter wasn’t too thin or thick. I love the nautical themed decorations inside. 😊 I also had the carrot cake for Mother’s Day and it made my day! Was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

This place is a true hidden gem. The service was awesome, great atmosphere, and the food was like home cooking but better, I didn't have to cook it. I had chicken soulvake, cooked perfectly, generous portions (2 meals out of it), hubby had a large clam boil, plenty in that as well. I highly recommend the crab cakes appetizer, so litely fried and full of crab 🦀. Delicious. We will definitely be back. Lived in New Bedford for 17 years and never knew about this place. So happy we went there. Thank you Blue Point!

We have eaten at Blue Point quite a few times over the past year, each meal has been excellent but our favorites are the fish and chips and the prime rib! The peanut butter mudslide is so good and the perfect after dinner dessert drink! We are looking forward to many more yummy meals there.

This was our first time at the restaurant. The food was fantastic and the service was great. We will be back sooner than later as the menu has so much to choose from.

We have gone to Blue Point numerous times and have tried quite a variety of different foods. Everything we’ve ordered has always been very good! I don’t think we will ever get to try everything on the menu as the daily specials are always so good too!
The bakers also know how to make goods that are beyond any we’ve tried. The grapenut being our favorite!!
If you don’t want to wait maybe go for lunch where they have specials as well

I have ordered the half rack of ribs off of the specials menu a couple of times. I was pleasantly surprised that they offer spicy gold as a barbecue sauce choice (my favorite). They were fall of the bone deliciousness!!!! I've ordered steak tips that were excellent 👌. But those ribs.... WOW! I'll be back to try to order something different if I can pull away from the ribs or if they happen to not offer them on the specials menu.

My husband and I just found this hidden gem a few months ago. We absolutely love the food and the people. The chowder is amazing!!! I can't say enough about it. The new owners are so nice. They treat you as if you were family.
