Avery sold my house in Somerset, MA last year, and I was very pleased with her service. She constantly texted, emailed, and called to keep me updated throughout the entire process. She was extremely efficient from day one posting my listing and bringing in many perspective buyers within the first ten days of the post. I had an agreement within the first week, and the entire closing process went through without any problems. I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Avery on four different homes over the years. 2 she helped me buy and one 1 she beat me up on because she was representing the seller and 1 she has helped me sell. Her knowledge and experience are why I continue to seek her advice and services when looking at a property. Everything that can or should be taken care of by her prior to the closing has always been done in a timely and professional manner. She has even gone above and beyond what anybody should expect just to make the transaction go smoothly. There is a reason they have been doing this for almost 48 years. I will continue to recommend her and sing her praises. And to expand upon a comment that make no sense to me, the realtor is responsible for nothing after the close. If people are coming on the property after the close that's called breaking and entering and you should probably call the police rather than jump on line and leave someone an unwarranted bad review for stuff they are not responsible for nor have any control over. Avery is a straight shooter and extremely honest. I don't always like everything she has said to me over the years, but she has never been wrong which is why I won't trust anyone else.

Avery was extremely patient, helpful and professional throughout the entire selling process. Her help was above and beyond what I expected from a real estate agent. The worst agent I have ever experienced. She was difficult & her seller left tons of trash in the house. She gave the water company the wrong closing date so I was responsible for a water bill that wasn't mine! She knew things were wrong with the house and tried to hide it. She wouldn't come to closing because she loves too far away! The worst part is I went the day before did a walk through the door was locked by key only so the next day after closing all the doors were unlocked and she said she didn't have the key but she had to to unlock it so I had to call a locksmith to secure the house and still weeks later people were coming taking stuff out the yard per this awful selling agent. The most unprofessional realtor ever.
