By far and away the best place for fish, plants, and pond supplies. Mike and Nan are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are also very selective in the products they sell. Highly recommend!!!

We and my wife recently had the pleasure of meeting Nancy and mike to get information on building a koi pond. We were impressed with the knowledge Nancy had she also focused on you as a customer even if the store is busy. She takes the time to explain to her customers that she will be with them as soon as she is done. The prices and product you receive are very good. We will continue to. E loyal customers in the future. So glad we found a local company we can trust.

We're just starting out with our first ever pond in our yard, and the whole crew at The Funky Koi were so wonderfully helpful when we arrived in person. They educated us quickly on things that we couldn't have easily figured out researching on the internet by ourselves, and they had all the items on hand to get us going. We were improving our pond immediately after coming home from our first trip. Highly recommend The Funky Koi - we will be back!

Not sure why anyone would say ANYTHING bad about this place! Must be competitors! This place is amazing! I drive over a hour to go here! Best koi place I have ever been to! The owners are beyond helpful. They take my calls on any random question I have with my koi pond. The fish are super healthy! I get all of my plants and supplies here and even the furry pets food! If I need anything for the koi if they do not have it, Nan gets it ❤ best customer service I have seen in a LONG time! My family members also from RI go here and only here. I could go on and on!! Not just there incredible selection. But I can not say enough on the customer service!!!! ❤

After the closing of the Paradise Pond Store in Whitman, Ma., I found this "amazing" place called Funky Koi! I can't tell you how happy I am to have found this neat, clean and well stocked little family owned business! Nancy, her husband and Joan are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to explain every little detail. Yes, they even opened their shop a little early to accommodate my schedule! After a couple visits we purchased a new Laguna - Clearflo pump/filter set up for our small fish pond and WOW it's amazing! I was given a hands on demonstration of how it all works prior to being sent home with it, which was greatly appreciated lol I've rambled on long enough, but I feel it's important to give these owners the review they deserve! Thank you all and I look forward to many years of doing business with you!

We really liked this place. We were visiting from out of town. Although they didn’t carry the brand that we normally get, they helped direct us to a another store that does. The owners were awesome and so nice and friendly. I would recommend this place if you want to support a local business and have great service.

I found the Funky Koi after Paradise Water Garden in Whitman closed. What a great place to do business with. Everyone is more than friendly and knowledgeable, and their koi selection and quality is superior. I wouldn't consider ever doing business with anyone else; I thoroughly trust the suggestions and recommendations they offer. What a wonderful family and business they are.

I arrived at the funky koi with a very lethargic koi that I was very worried about. I arrived here and immediately they knew what to do to help me and my koi. Less than 12 hours later our koi was back to normal and eating readily. THIS is the place to go if you need advice or help on anything pond related. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of product you are receiving. It is worth the hour drive from where I live because these owners and staff truly love what they do and are eager to help. I will be returning in the future. Overall, this is the best experience I have ever had with our 8 years of running a koi pond.

Mike and Nan are extremely knowledgeable about creating, and maintaining your perfect pond. They also are knowledgeable about koi fish, amongst other pets and pet care items. Whether you call, message via Facebook or stop by they are always willing to help.

I wouldn't do business with anyone else. They have great service and an amazing selection of koi and fish products. She even met with me outside of her normal business hours to help me with a koi pond infection issue. Highly recommended!

Drove out there last Sunday. Great find. Purchased 3 beautiful koi and some healthy food. Anyone writing a bad review has serious issues and doesnt understand anything about family owned businesses, I have one. I found the place extremely clean and a wide variety of Japanese Koi compared to everyone else's Florida Koi. If you had to wait it's because they spend time with each customer. I suggest you go back and visit or visit to see for yourself and take off your lousy review, especially the guy who said it wasnt clean. Sounds fishy to me, lol that he would post that . Probably has his own poor business and needs to put down someone else's, pathetic! Great job all around and any pond enthusiast needs to go here!!!!
