Many different choices and items that I found here to be awesome as well as the prices being reasonable. My DIY projects hv come out very good. I did my kitchen flooring as well as my bathroom walls that came out better than any professional cld hv done.
I also took advantage of their 24-month interest-free on a new fridge I needed.

Home Depot gets the job done. As you can see I needed to fix a drain at 9:00 PM and Home Depot was open to help me get the job done! The customer service is good here. People are always willing to help pick the right parts as I have been many times. Take the project to Home Depot for your repair needs!

Not too busy at 3:30pm. Helpful staff but self checkout I loathe. Lol.

Bought my drill in December then it craped out to them coming in showing them my receipt and it was still under warranty to be replaced and they got me In-N-Out in five minutes This Home Depot is great Customer service was awesome and will definitely be coming here for future purchases of tools and as well as projects special thanks to Michael and Kari and Alisha keep up the great work

They aren't as busy as some of the other stores I frequently shop, which is great, however the staffing shows it and my wait for someone to cut my limber seemed excessively long. Once the team member in lumber was finished with his current task, he did take time to precisely cut my lumber to my requested length even though I know precise cuts are not guaranteed. I was impressed with their selection of products I needed for my small DIY projects around the house. I do recommend this location and the team is very friendly and accommodating. Just go when you have plenty of time, in case you need team assistance, you may be waiting quite a few minutes.

I absolutely love the depot. If you pay attention to some of the sales and tax-free holidays and things like that you do well here. They are very straightforward and if any product doesn't work as advertised they have no problem refunding you. I find them to be fair and decent to deal with. I like them enough that I bought stock in them a few years ago and it also has paid well.

This Home Depot is pretty good as far as these stores go. Friendly, knowledgeable people. Lots to choose from, good parking. Accessible by highway and back roads.

I had a great experience at customer service today (3/27/18) with Jessica. Went in to exchange blinds. Wanted to upgrade to cordless blinds. Didn’t have the receipt and Jessica took the time to look up receipt for me. Meanwhile another cashier was telling me because I didn’t have receipt I would lose my tax. Jessica was very patient and kind while other cashier was rude and gave no extra help at all. Like she couldn’t be bothered. If you had more workers like Jessica you would definitely have much happier customers.

Excellent store huge, lot of items that you might want or need. I got was astonished by all the items this Home Depot had instock.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing that with around 50 aisles you can ask someone where something is and they can tell you which aisle and shelf. Good home improvement selection of products with prices similar to their competition.

I went there to pickup a 2 X 12 X 16 and get it cut in half. It was busy and when the man on the saw was finished cutting twenty 2 X 4's for some lady his replacement came in and BAM the two planks were in the truck.
Excellent job and the girls on the registers were all smiles. And that's always a plus.

Went to Home Depot this morning, there was a few other people that had the same idea. Usually not to busy in the 6am hour. The new vegetable seeds were in so I got what I needed for spring, buy early so that you get what you want. Plus it helps to have a couple of gift cards.🍅🌶🫑🥜🌽

I love the workers at the taunton home depot the staff have always been so kind and patient with all of my crazy questions. Every employee working there tonight all deserve a raise for keeping up on all the info on products that are sold in that store and if there sold out or still available. But one worker did appear to stand out from the rest and she made my night. Her name is JENIFER and she cashed me out tonight with such a friendly and considerate personality she was extremely attentive and patient with all my crazy questions. My home depot RUN in Taunton this evening WAS probably one of the best SHOPPING experiences I HAVE EVER HAD THERE

We recently had issues with receiving an online order. Contacted our local store after getting no where with 1-800 number. Two people in particular went above and beyond to take care of the issue and make sure we had what we needed for our project. Jason (I think the assistant manager) and George (from delivery) provided us amazing customer service. It was obvious they take pride in their work and ensuring the customers are treated right.
Corporate if you're listening, keep hiring people like this. Your cost saving efforts by employing non-homedepot employees to make your deliveries almost cost you another customer. These two employees made sure the Taunton store still has a loyal customer. Considering we've already spent over $20,000 in home improvements in only two months of home ownership we'd be good customers to keep loyal.

Ordered an air conditioner on a very hot day, placed order in morning and was available in a couple of hrs. Got curbside delivery. Everything went smoothly and Home Depot employee was very nice.

Great store very helpful people

This is the Home Depot in Taunton on rte 140. I was in area ,so dropped in to pay for credit card and get some ideas. Found great prices on barn door attachments and for battery operated ceiling fan control. I haven't seen these at my new Wareham Home Depot store. This store always has great selection but it definitely helps to stop in at other stores to see what they are carrying in their stock. Highly recommended.

I enjoy shopping at this location for the quality service they offer at this location. The staff work well together and ready to assist with your purchases. Why shop anywhere else?
