Great Woods Pizza

Smash hit - can't get enough of this place.

Right off, the folks who work here are fantastic. Friendliest staff of any pizza joint in the area.* And the food matches the staff. Great stuff from a pretty substantial menu.

Pizza, with its perfect Greek crust, is the go-to here. And I go for the Meat Supreme possibly way too much. Zest, smokey, chewy, peppery, crispy, juicy, salty - it covers everything you need in life on a Monday night. Physicians tell me I can't have Meat Supremes everyday so I'll mix in the occasional mushroom & onion or other similarly healthy combos.

Or I get a salad. I actually get a lot of Great Woods' salads because they are tasty and big. As in wicked huge. I'm a fan of the Greek Salad w/ Grilled Chicken but I lean towards the Antipasto. It's the closest thing to a loaded, giant Italian grinder you can eat while being convinced you made a healthy meal choice. It is also ridiculous in size. Loaded with cold cuts & provolone I usually save half for later while still having a big salad to eat.

Last week I added grilled chicken (for just $2.50) to the Antipasto because the online prompt finally convinced me. The salad I got (pictured below) was a true bag-buster. 12 bucks, feeds a family of 4...

My daughter stands by their pastas and my son ranks their steak grinders as awesome.

*Seriously, almost all the pizza places around Foxborough-Mansfield region are staffed by people in need of more hugs or comedy or clown school. Cranky folks! Except for the guy at MHOP - exceptionally pleasant, always smiling.

Staff were amazing and place was very clean! Cute decor and fantastic pizza. Definitely recommend going on a Friday and grabbing a slice of Mac n Cheese Pizza.

I was starving driving and saw this place and stopped. 1st of all i was inpressed when I walked in, everyone was so nice.

Most of the Bacon Cheeseburger sub I got was amazing. The bread was perfect, the burgers were cooked perfectly anf the bacon was crisp.

What a wonderful place to find today. Ill be back, and I have to try their breakfast sometime.

Food is delicious and the service is always amazing. They are super friendly. Definitely try the cheeseburger pizza and the sweet Thai chili wings. This place is sooo worth it…

Food is great, especially the Greek fries and chicken Greek wrap. Owner was super nice and the restaurant is very clean. Will be visiting again.

Great Woods Pizza has it all. I have never had a bad dish from them. I now only get pizza, calzones, subs, and salad from here because they are beyond tasty. Sometimes people write negative reviews because they are hired to do so, and that really hurts small businesses. Please don't believe them. I also prefer to support family-owned businesses, and this is one of them! Do not hesitate to order from here.

We eat here way too much, but they make delicious food!

We moved a little further away (15 minutes away rather than 5) but this is still our go to place for pizza, salad, or sandwiches. Their pizzaburger pizza is the best burger pizza i've personally ever had. Their antepasto is great and filling, and their subs are just fantastic. 10/10

Just started working in the area and one of my co-workers suggesting giving this place a try for lunch one day. So I gave it a go and after tying their pizza I had to go back and give their subs a try! Both their Steak & cheese and Buffalo subs are delicious and generously sized and filled! I enjoy grabbing lunch from this local spot!

We LOVE Great Woods Pizza! The service is friendly and efficient (never any waiting to place or pick up orders) and their prices are great. We hosted a party and ordered $200+ of food and everything was perfect and exactly the way we ordered it. Recently we ordered dinner for pick up and when we got home we noticed a few items missing. When we called they immediately sent someone out to our house with the missing items and were super apologetic. Literally... they arrived in 15 minutes! All-in-all, a great addition to the Mansfield restaurant community.

Best pizza place in the area. I can only rave about Kathy and frank. They not only care about providing delicious options and creative menu items for their patrons but they also love this community. They treat everyone who walks through their door as family. You couldn’t ask for a better local eatery.

Stopped here with the wife and kids. The selection was great and everyone found something they wanted. Burgers, wraps, subs, chicken fingers... all were gone in a flash. Can't wait to try the pizza next time we stop in.

Friendly thoughtful staff, and amazing pizza, salads, chicken, desserts, I love the ease and convenience of their online order system, where you can pick your delivery or pickup time. I ordered dinner yesterday on my lunch break and it was ready to go on my way home in the evening.

I order from Great Woods Pizza at least once a week. The antipasto and buffalo chicken salads are so good. Food is made fresh and is ready very quickly.

Loved it & it hit the spot. Pizza is just pizza, but theses guys are doing something different because I went in for a slice and walked out with dinner for a family of 6!

Absolutely delish...had it all..burgers subs..pizza..calzone...everything served when promised, hot and yummy. Ordered a sandwich platter for Superbowl..its was HUGE...AND FABULOUS...thank you Kathy and crew!!!
