Cumberland Farms

Cumberland Farms is my go to place for gas, beverages or a bite on the go. They offer fair pricing for their goods as well as a program for gasoline. The store is bright and cheery and they make an effort to acknowledge customers upon arrival. Counter service oriented, their staff is helpful and pleasing. I do believe a separate register dedicated to lottery tickets would be a big assist in helping customers to complete business more quickly all around. Restrooms are generally clean. Parking is limited, but does not seem to be a concern. I try to plan my routes around Cumberland Farms and I visit them regularly.

Simply put: I live the next town over (which Has its own Cumbies) and we travel to THIS one.
1) nicest staff ever! efficient, but always greets you and doesn't complain (like the other stores) when you ask for a fresh pretzel, etc.
2) it has a Redbox Outside - convenient.
3) VERY clean

However, sigh, do not go there on a concert day :(
unless you want to wait in traffic for 40 minutes

Cumberland Farms in Norton is located near route 495, the Xfinity Center, and in close proximity to Mansfield, a great location for a gas station, although it is a lot more than this. For one, you can use your phone to pay for gas using their app and save 10 cents off every gallon of gas that you purchase and you can earn rewards for every 30 gallons of gas purchased via the app (free coffee, soda, snacks, etc) which is very easy to use. The staff inside are all super friendly and greet you as you enter the store, they always seem to be in a good mood which is a rarity, to have great customer service at a convenience store/gas station, but this one is different. Cumby's also has a RedBox movie/game vending machine in front of the store which is super convenient. The outside is very clean as is the inside, they are constantly doing renovations every few months to modernize the store. The coffee is fantastic here as well, no need to pay 2-5 dollars at DD, you can make your own, no matter the size, the way you want it (hot, iced, cappuccino, frozen drinks) all for 99 cents, really can't beat it. If you need to get gas or are looking for a pick me up (coffee, soda, candy, grocery items) or even a movie or game rental, you've come to the right place.

Staff is nice, stalked in the cheeseburgers I go there for. I like that they have dippin dots as well.

Missing this place. shoot out to the 2am crew for always make my mornings easy for years.

The people working at 5:50 Thursday were so nice I would love to give a shout out to Ryan they were SO friendly put a smile on my face. Recommend the purple slushy SO good 👍

Your average Cumberland farms. Good staff. The restrooms where kind of dirty.

Always plenty of pagood service and clean restrooms.

The blonde at the counter tonight (9/10/23 PM shift) was extremely unpleasant and rude. I’m not sure what drugs that woman is on, but my god they let just about anyone work there. Don’t work with people if you have zero people skills you nasty wench.
