If I could give Karen and first choice realty more stars I'd give em all. They have made my year! My first time living alone and with the help from Wally Francis and Seaport Realty I never would have met these lovely people. I was looking for my first place alone after a lifetime of siblings, roommates, you are ready for space. She listens and cares about what you are looking for. I'd recommend that anyone looking for an amazing home contact this place!!!!!!!

The best and smoothest experience when it comes to finding an apartment and moving in. Karen and her husband Rolland will treat you like family and answered the phone for me anytime I had a question no matter what time it was. I must say finding a place to stay can and is nerve racking, doing it on your own tends to seem like that safest option and it’s easy to be skeptical as I was , but trying this company has been the best decision I ever made in my life, they’re a family ran organization, Ms. Karen is just an amazing human being, very caring, very responsive, understanding and funny, she makes the transition feel like home, all their properties are immaculate and clean. First Choice Realty is by far the best Massachusetts has to offer. In my time, i have never came across such genuine, kind hearted, and authentic people as Karen and Roland. They showed me not only true hospitality, but authenticity as well as a serious desire to help me achieve my goals along the journey of my rental property search. They did not hesitate to keep me up to date and thoroughly informed in the process of exploring my options and were nothing but professional and precise in accommodating to any and all of my desires, with the utmost haste, along the way. I had a good experience with first Choice Patenaude Real Estate everything went fast and smooth

First Choice, NOT! My daughter relocated from out of state after she put a deposit on an apartment. When my daughter arrived in Massachusetts they gave the apartment away to someone else! Then Karen continued to string her along while my daughter lived in a hotel. Canceling, rescheduling appointments. How unprofessional is this ! Don't trust anything they say. Make sure you have that contract signed before traveling over 1,000 miles. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY without that contract. You can't trust her!

They will waste your time and money then leave you hanging. Look elsewhere.
