I been renting apartments and referring family & friends for over 11 years. They have very nice affordable apartments. Everyone in the office is awesome, If something brakes in your apartment it’s fixed the day of your call or the next day. I have over 4 family members renting apartments from Cheryl. You guys rock! And Jenn is the best love her to pieces.

She lets anyone move into her multifamily dwelling on Fountain Street. There's drugs, bedbugs, smell of weed on all floors, she's not a good landlord at all. Be careful with this one

The issues I have been having don't seem typical

Pays very little for transaction coordination. Not even a living wage!

This is the worst management team ever if you can even call them that the don t manage crap!!! Nothing is ever done the cameras on the property don t even work if they did they would see all the destruction and harassment going on here. The kids jumping on the mail boxes and braking the stars the parents fighting and swearing outside not even knowing were there small kids are half the time all till 1 am the cops have to come every night. And all this property management dose is leave stupid letters on all the doors saying everything needs to stop please.... the people causing the problems don t even read that!!!! Take accountability for your property and set down some rules and consequences for there actions. if you are looking for a place to live and you see there sign run the other way and save yourself the headache

They don't deposit your rent check when it arrives, I use my bank to send important checks so I have a better receipt & record. You should expect to get an eviction notice? Poorly run operations

Absolute worst business… Cheryl is a money hungry and classless excuse of a realtor and business owner!
