From the moment we walked in, we could feel the warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with a vibrant energy that set the tone for an amazing dining experience.

The menu at Chili's never disappoints, and this visit was no exception. The presentation of each dish was impeccable, proving that Chili's not only values taste but also pays attention to detail. What really impressed us was the impeccable service we received throughout the evening. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making our dining experience exceptional.

The teamwork among the staff was evident and truly remarkable. The kitchen worked seamlessly, delivering our food in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Even the manager made rounds to ensure that all guests were enjoying their meals and that the atmosphere remained lively and welcoming. It's evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority at Chili's.

We left with smiles on our faces and full stomachs, knowing that we had discovered a gem. We most certainly will be back

The servers were very nice and seated my party in a quiet area upon request. (I have sensory processing issues)
The service was friendly and kind and accommodating.
The store was clean.
My only concern was the terrifying way the bathroom lights flickered on slowly like something from a horror movie. That's so totally subjective though lol

Honestly the best place to eat . Love the burgers and the chicken fajitas . Also best drinks in town they make the best margaritas 👍

We arrived really late... maybe 930 or 10pm. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The dining room was not too busy but by the time we left it was picking up. The meal was very tasteful and satisfying!! Hit the spot after a chili night in the water. Chili's never disappoints!

I have always enjoyed the food here, and the service has always been right on. I really can't find anything bad to pick apart about this one... They seem to have it down pretty good from top to bottom, inside and out. Even the location is in close proximity to the highway and a couple hotels which makes it very convenient!

This is my third or fourth time visiting this specific Chili's location since it opened a few years ago in Somerset. I've never been disappointed. The service is really good and the food is great.

I've tried a few different burgers and even a spicy chicken sandwich before at Chili's, but tonight I ordered (and shared) a BBQ platter: with a half rack of baby back ribs, smoked brisket, corn on the cob, French fries, garlic pickles, extra barbecue sauce, and garlic bread. Oh...and chipotle cheddar cheese-filled sausages.

It was awesome. I was hungry. Now, I'm full...

This is a family-friendly restaurant with several tv's. There may be some sports playing on a screen in the background although they were not loud at all. If you like mildly spicy food, this is definitely a place that you should choose to stop by.

You don't need reservations to dine in-and although you can order ahead for pickup-it's definitely not fast food. It's good food in a good town. If you're passing through this is a good eat.

If you happen to be passing by and you're hungry, be sure to try out Chili's in Somerset Massachusetts. It's right on the side of Burger King across from the Stop and Shop.

Choose your food! I think you'll really enjoy it and your stomach and body will thank you!

Never had a bad experience at this Chili's. Today was my first time going there in at least 4 years still. Good.

I mean, it's Chili's. If you like Chili's, you'll like this one. Nice setup inside.

Never really been to chillis much other than a couple of forgettable times but last couple times there making me change my mind chips and queso cheese dip are bomb and last couple times I've ordered a burger they've been very tasty

the atmosphere here is very nice it's a beautiful restaurant the waitress was kind the food was absolutely delicious I have no complaints at all I would definitely go back

Great place for food and drinks. Kate was a great attentive and on point waitress, hogged her table she didn't mind a bit. Great flavor good portions .. Bartenders were smiling but need a little refresher on the alcohol 🍸. Great second drinks.
