Craig Brown is very diligent, dedicated and hardworking. We were very picky and wanted a house with specific details that checked a certain amount of boxes. We thought a property like that was almost impossible to find, but Craig stayed on it. He searched night and day until he found us the perfect house. After we found the house, he worked fast to get a quick closing. He negotiated our offer with the sellers, which was quickly accepted. He then gathered the team we needed to make this sale happen. We never felt like we were on our own with anything because he explained the process every step of the way and was involved in every aspect. The process was easy and less stressful with the help of his extensive knowledge of real estate and mortgage loans. His work ethic was amazing and his ability to problem solve, think quickly and adjust to overcome obstacles was incredible. He stayed on top of everything and everyone to make sure we closed on schedule. Wonderful experience selling with Revolv. Recently myself and co owner Donna B. sold our home with the Revolv Team. I wanted to share my experience to the review from the co owner.

I researched and followed many real estate companies and was overly impressed with Revolv, from the attention to detail, marketing strategy and personality. I was highly impressed and Ryan and Manny were there every step of the way. Answering my text and calls even late at night or first thing in the morning before they got to work. Open house were conducted, well organized and marketed throughout social media. Private showing were coordinated around my schedule. They assisted when myself or my husband could not be there for the repairs to be completed, coordinating and being there for the final water reading and final inspection with the fire department. They even helped cleaning the house for an open house and moving our boxes.

Yelling, screaming and threatening your realtor does not justify them as unprofessional, deceitful. Leaving vulgar voicemails accused them of lying and being untruthful ,threatened not accepting offers and letting their contract run out, threatening not to sign at closing. Leaving everyone speechless.
So yes it came to the point they responded accordingly to the situation they were presented with, with the upmost professionalism. The went through hoops and do not deserve to be disrespected. I am in utter disbelief the comments made and the accusations portrayed on Manny and Ryan and the team at Revolv.

Yes the market may have been HOT, but one of the biggest obstacles the Revolv team had was selling our backyard to a family with a vision and could see past the renovation it was going to take to have a backyard. They did an outstanding job while being positive, honest and working hard to sell the home.

Things happen in real estate transactions, buyers back out, documents hold up closings, closings get delayed. Revolv stayed on top of it and pushed forward to sell the house.

I would highly recommend Ryan and Manny as well as any team member of Revolv as I have meet a few who assisted with the open houses. They were fantastic, professional, responsive, answered my questions and a absolute pleasure working with!
