This is the best salon in town! I have enjoyed being a client at Brian Richard’s Salon for several years and have always had a positive experience. The salon is neatly kept with a relaxing vibe inside. The owners are friendly, professional and accommodating. They have several polite, personable and talented stylists. Rachel takes her time to really get to know her clients. She is always attentive to my hair, makes thoughtful suggestions and never disappoints. Jade has been cutting and styling my hair for a few years. She pays attention to the details and I always leave feeling and looking great! Recently I had Kathryn color my hair as Jade was unavailable and it is beautiful! She spent quite a bit of time talking with me about what I wanted and she nailed it! All the stylists that I have seen have been professional and skilled and their pricing is right on par with what a good salon should charge. I’ve brought my 3 year old as well a d she loves how special they make her feel - and ai love how comfortable she is - with all the staff. Easy on line scheduling as well as friendly desk staff to call for anything you need.

Men’s cut - A calm and professional setting with absolute artists working there to cut your hair. While my stylist is amazing, it is clear that Brian has gathered a group of amazing hair artists together.

I don’t think you can get a bad haircut here and the prices are extremely reasonable.

I've been seeing Rachel for years (even prior to BR) and she is the best! I love this salon, the staff and the service. My daughter and I have seen a few different stylists and they all do a fabulous job. They use great products, and I am always happy with my color and the condition of my hair. The salon is spotless and I love the massage chairs at the sink :)

I started getting my haircut and color from the owner, Brian Aiello, more than 18 years. I tried another salon after I moved out of state and they could not match the quality and service so I commute for more than an hour to be seen. Brian is one of the most skilled and professional stylists I have ever known. He is meticulous about training his employees and customer service is impeccable! I cannot say enough good things about Brian, the staff, and the salon.

Rachel has been my hairdresser for many years from a previous salon to Brian Richards. She has done a great job every time with never disappointing she does an amazing color, cut and blow dry. Brian Richards Salon the service and staff are pleasant, friendly and clean.

When I moved to Franklin almost two years ago, I researched salons. Decided to try Brian Richards and never left. Kelly does my hair and she’s so great. From the offer of a beverage when you arrive to the massage shampoo chairs, it’s the whole deal. Heartedly recommend this salon.

I have short hair and spent a lot of time searching for a salon / stylist that can do specialty short cuts. Michelle is my go-to; she is awesome. I have been coming here for over a year now and she has been tremendous with both color and cuts. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating.

I can't share enough how much I appreciate the talented staff at this salon but I need to call out the front desk team. They are so good to work with, to find ways to fit calendars and schedules and are always so patient with this working mother of 2 daughters. The 3 of us visit often and they are just so good with us all and are various needs. From the moment you call to you walk out looking like a model they are the BEST!!!!

Kayla is a wonderful stylist! She really took the time to make sure I was happy and that we were on the same page color wise. End result was exactly what I wanted. She also cut both of my little girls hair before school pictures. They felt so pampered and love telling people about their visit with Kayla. I’ve been a customer since June of 2020. I followed my favorite stylist Rachel when she left another salon to work at Brian Richards. I love the bright and sunny atmosphere of the salon and the pleasantness of all who work there. Their COVID-19 protocols make me feel safe. And of course, I love Rachel! She’s the best. My cut and color never disappoint.
