Carlos the Store Manager was attentive and fantastic at multitasking while helping numerous customers. He solved my issue with glasses I purchased in April and made my experience worth the 45 min trip. I’d highly recommend his store to others I come across.

Spoke to Clay today , I had purchased online but couldn’t remember to what store and I had already called 3 places . Clay was able to figure out what happened with my order and then offered to call around and place them on hold for me to pick up at another location since they were out of stock at the store I had selected . Thanks Clay , honestly best customer service ever , I appreciate the time you took to make it easier for me to get them .

This Sunglass Hut can get a little busy on the weekends, but the customer service is better than any other I’ve been to. Every time I’ve been here they’re always super helpful and friendly.
