I came in here wanting some hibiscus tea, and Al was able to recommend some amazing blends for me. I really enjoyed it. The service and the glassware here are amazing! I came back for another recommendation by Al for a rose pedal tea blend, which was delicious as well. I got to spend some time talking to Reginald and really enjoyed getting to know him. He's got such a great personality, and it shows with the care he puts into making his customers happy by being attentative to their wants and needs and willingness to listen even in the busiest moments.

Absolutely amazing! Reginald, the owner, made the best ever lattes for us. The drinks were several levels above anything I had ever tasted before. Reginald is also very kind and a great person to chat with.

What a great spot! We gave the owner a few pointers about what we like in a tea and had him choose our drinks from there - they were amazing! Milk oolong, citrus bliss, and pumpkin spiced pu-erh (pictured). Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic. We’ll be back!

Lovely tea room and Amazing Experience

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to get great tea and a great experience from the staff. There is a wide range of tea selections you can choose from that fits any taste palette. The feeling and care from the owner can definitely be seen in the store as well as the choices in tea selection. I would say this is definitely one of the many hidden gems in STL. I can personally recommend the milky oolong tea as it has a lovely milky nutty notes and will impress even those who do not care for sweeter teas. Again, such a wonderful place with a kind staff and I highly recommend you stop by!

Excellent service, tea, and food! Very friendly and had multiple vegan/vegetarian/dairy free options! You can choose from regular, oat, or almond milk. Wish I could have the crunch wrap for lunch every day, will definitely be back for it again at some point!

I always have a great experience here, their loose leaf teas are so good and they have the best matcha latte I have ever had by far. Everyone is super helpful and friendly as well!

Absolutely one of my favorite spots in town. And that’s before we talk about the food lol! Super relaxed and welcoming, once you go in you don’t even want to leave. I love the vegan chili, my go to every time. But today I tried the grilled chicken wrap and it was amazing! Also had the peach haiku tea. Chef’s kiss. If you haven’t had Teatopia yet, you’re surely missing out.

As tea afficionados, we were very excited to see the selection of teas from all over the world and the owner Reginald was kind enough to walk us through all the different types of teas and how to best prepare them. We were originally expecting to do a quick takeout of a cup of tea, but ended up nerding out about tea for almost an hour and left with a new tea that he recommended (that we love!). It was the perfect way to take a break from a busy day.

If you enjoy tea, coffee, and/or want a quick bite of food, make sure to stop by, you will not regret it.

I found this place online and stopped by. I got a smoothie and a hot tea that was recommended to me. Both wonderful!! I’m going back again tomorrow! It’s a really nice comfortable place to hang and eat or drink tea, and the service was impeccable.

This is a tea purist's heaven! The owner is so incredibly passionate about what he does. He cares about you and wants to find the best tea for you. There are over 80+ different teas and many more blends that can be made from that! Whether you are looking to try the finest teas or just looking for a refreshing drink, this is the place! Wonderful atmosphere too.

Stopped in to treat myself after finishing up a heavy homework weekend. Vast variety of teas, I tried the Honey Orchard Oolong. Absolutely delicious, and I couldn’t leave without grabbing some loose leaf. Will definitely be back!

Reggie, the shop owner spent a significant amount of time with me and my mom making tea suggestions based on my personal preferences. We walked in knowing nothing and walked away with 6 bags of loose leaf tea and all the best ways to brew and “style” them (i.e. cold brew, milk & honey, with hibiscus tea ice cubes, etc).

This is clearly a passion project focused on good tea, and healthy living. Reggie also has an awesome menu that is highly vegan and vegetarian friendly. Mom and I got a veggie wrap to-go and it was delicious! We also got some iced tea to-go and Reggie let us try the hot tea as well (can’t let perfectly good tea go to waste!)

I cannot recommend this local business enough!! Keep up the great work!

Great establishment. Food and drinks here are an incredible. The owner is so personable. I could not only eat and drink here every day, I could chat with them all day as well. I wish they were at every corner of STL.

Teatopia has been on my list of places I wanted to visit. It did not disappoint. The place was very quaint in a good way for someone who wants an excellent “pot” of vanilla chai tea, great soothing music and a place to journal about life. The owner and staff were very friendly and knowledge. There are street parking meters out front and a grocery parking lot behind the building. I parked at a meter $1.25 for about 1.5 - 2 hours. I definitely will visit again very soon.

My favorite teahouse in STL. Excellent service and learned a lot about teas.

They have a wide selection of teas: green/matcha, black, oolong, yellow, herbal, you name it they have it — it felt like I was in a Harry Potter wand shop but for tea.

They also sell loose leaf tea by the ounce in-store or can ship to your house. We picked up some sticky rice pu'er tea.

Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Local gem! I was looking for a smoothie and asked for a recommendation. The barista said “they are all great” and went into detail of how each one was different. Smoothie was about $9. A fellow customer was in the store with a baby in a car seat and the staff helped carry their order to the car. Free wifi. Seating for about 15 inside and table outside.

Teatopia is a refreshment utopia you don’t want to miss! The smoothies are addictive and the tea is always prepared beautifully. There are so many options and there’s something for everyone to enjoy! The food is not to be missed, the nachos are my personal fav! Rio, the owner, is the nicest person around and the most knowledgeable tea expert. We do #teatopiatuesday in our house!

Black owned business in the Cherokee business district. Reginald, the owner, is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have all different kinds of tea from around the world. Also tea infused smoothies and a variety of food. I had the veggie burger and the yellow mudan tea. My other half had the mixed greens salad and a cherry mango smoothie. There is a community room where you can conduct business or study or just meet with friends. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. Must try place in St. Louis.
