I’ve never had a bad experience with Pomfret. I’ve been going there for years to purchase my indoor house plants. All workers are very helpful!! I have also used them for the past 2 years for prom bouquets and they have never let me down. Flowers always turn out beautiful and they add the extra details to make everything look perfect!! ❤❤ Bouquet in photos are from recent local prom. I’d also like to add that I picked them up on Friday, May 3rd and today, May 10th they are still blooming strong!!

The funeral home specifically requested a Sunday floral arrangement delivery and, after a few calls to local florist, I went with Pomfret Florist. That was an excellent decision. Pomfret Florist personally confirmed the Sunday delivery and a beautiful floral arrangement arrived on time. Some of the other guests ordered their floral arrangements from typical 1-800 florists and their flower arrangements were never delivered. It’s always best to use a local florist and Pomfret Florist delivered. My mom’s funeral was beautiful; thank you for the beautiful floral arrangement.

I called today for an 8 year old little girl’s birthday. The florist found an April bracelet and made one of the most beautiful bouquets and delivered same day by 1pm! Exceptional service!

Every arrangement I've ever ordered has been nothing short of gorgeous, and the folks there are incredibly versed on all kinds of different flowers, arrangements, greens, and dish gardens! They are so Wonderful to work with! Great customer service, professional and delivery is always on time. We have used Pomfret Florist for the past 8 years because the flowers are so beautiful, fresh & last a long time and the Christmas Poinsettias are the largest I've ever seen. We live out of state & they are Awesome.

I picked up white rose corsage and boutonniere for a prom today from a different florist and the flowers were browning and wilted on the corsage. The original florist was very dismissive about the state of the corsage and thought "fluffing" the flowers would fix the browning. It didn't and my heart sank thinking I ruined the flowers by getting them from the wrong place. I called Pomfret and told them the situation and they said they could help. I left the sad looking corsage with them and came back to what I had been hoping to receive from the other florist. Beautiful, fresh flowers arranged to perfection. They went above and beyond to fix another florist's error and they were so amazing and friendly. This will be the only florist I use from here on out and THANK YOU to the wonderful ladies today that saved the day!!!

I was responsible for delivering (5) flower/plant arrangements to staff members and I had forgotten. I called Pomfret late morning the day of with my request, and they were able to accommodate me without hesitation. They placed my order of 5 arrangements AND delivered them within hours!
